The price vs quality is good. If you don’t expect much, it will be ok.
However, I’d prefer the car a bit cleaner (there was trash inside and generally it was dusty); the tank was not full and the return is unclear. There were no place around to park and the agency was closed, though it should have been opened. I had to wait

It took some time to do the paper work but everything else is great. The car is new, very clean. I got the automatic instead of stick shift.

Fraudulent. Rented me a car that did nor exist and then no way to communicate with them.

Jeremy was great and came to pick me up from Angers station to take me to the car. It was a really nice new VW T cross as well!! 👍

Refund of security deposit is far too slow. I have been waiting for over a week and the (large) deposit has not been returned to me. I only rented for one day

Only a one star because there is no zero rating. This is specifically for the agency at ADA at the Citroen Garage in Carhaix-Plouger in Britanny. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone - she shamed me for returning a rental car that had crumbs in it. I have rented probably 500 cars in my life,and cars have always been cleaned by the agency upon return. She literally threw her arms up in the air and said "Good Lord! What did you do in here?" I am a US/French citizen but speak French without an accent - and I live about 20 miles from the agency, so it was nothing against Americans. She was just rude (the gentleman who was there was just as rude). AVIS IN GUINGAMP is where I usually go (the ADA rental had been set up by my insurance). IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED EXTREMELY WELL (EVEN IF YOU RETURN THE CAR WITH CRUMBS), GO TO AVIS IN GUINGAMP.

We had made the booking with ADA about 3 months in advance. The car was OK but we didn't know until a week or so before that there was no office in Narbonne so it was all done by app. The address details were inaccurate - a street number was given whereas the car was actually in the station car park. I couldn't get the app to work so I rang the office in Beziers but it was so windy I couldn't hear what was being said. I had to return to the station to conduct the conversation - about 200m, and then go back to the car, but still no luck. Eventually it was opened remotely by the office. After that, things were fine, but had it been raining the pick up would have been a nightmare.

Very good team who manages this agency, who is considerate of their customers. Have been using it since a long time now for both utility and passenger vehicles. Good opening and closing hours. Recommend them

I paid for a luxury vehicle. All they had was a dented and scratched Volkswagen. My drive to the palace valet was less than what I expected. I feel I was not compensated for the amount of money charged.

This was the second time we rented from this place. The woman who seems to be in charge is very rude and have no clue about service mind at all.
We experienced this the first time we rented but we thought we just were unlucky the the lady had a bad day. But she was as rude and unhelpful the second time time we came . We would need to find another office to rent from in the future as we fo not want to be treated in this awful way.
