Efficient and relaxed experience
The whole process was completely effortless. The price of the rental was considerably cheaper than the more recognized companies. I was met outside the airport immediately and driven to the rental company, by a friendly staff member. The car was perfect and the return process was efficient and also friendly. I was dropped to the door of the airport. The entire process is cheaper, faster and less hassle than dealing with larger companies

Easy to book online, clear directions, friendly staff with good English. A good price, way better than the big names in town. The car was good, modern spec, clean inside.
Return was quick and easy as well, with the office right by a bus stop easy to get back in to town.

Little problem but they solved it ok
I booked online and get it confirmed but they did not have a car. Of course they offered me free cancellation but I choose to get the car in the evening instead. They compensated me with lot of extra time and gave me a ride home so the solution was ok for me. I am happy!
Unnecessary extra charges
Be careful - avoid. Car was returned cleaned and with full petrol tank. But apparently it was not valeted and therefore we were charged for cleaning. We had cleaned it prior to drop off, but not waxed and polished. We were not made aware of the need to have the car professionally cleaned on picking the car up. Awful customer service at the Beauvais ADA car service. Rude and picky assistant. Absolutely avoid.

We used ADA for renting a large van with a lift. The online booking process was easy and the staff were super helpful when we needed to modify the booking.
The van was modern, very clean inside and out.
Lifting all the heavy items on the van hydraulic lift was fantastic for moving house!
We would definitely recommend using them!

Great all round experience renting a car from ada.
The pick up and drop off were effortless.
The price was very reasonable + there were no hidden costs.
The 9 seater van we got was new, very clean and in great condition.
The staff were all very polite.
I haven’t received my deposit money back
The car was fine and the attention at the agency was good. Unfortunately it has been more than two weeks and I still don’t get my deposit back despite having returned the car in perfect condition. Contact options are also madness. It is only possible to call the agency by phone number but they say they don’t speak English. Although they did spoke English when I picked up the car. At least the person at the desk did.

My name is Aleksandr Agureikin. On 05.07.2025 at 09:00 I made an agreement and signed a contract number C68006944 with Ada Paris 5 Sorbonne to rent a car (Opel GP 208 FP 85). After I signed a contract, I paid the deposit 2500 EUR for that car. On 07.07.2025 at 09:00 I successfully returned the car back and closed the contract. Unfortunately, it happened 8 days ago, but I still did not receive my deposit back. Can you please clarify, when my deposit will be returned to me?

Hello, I’m from Canada and was in Lamballe visiting my wife’s family. We rented a Citroen C3 for about 10 days. This was about the 4 time I’ve rented a car from ADA at this location. Each time I’ve dealt with Cathrine, who does a great job and it’s always nice to see her and to be remembered as a repeat customer. During my working career I’ve rented cars from large airports across Canada and the North Eastern U.S. At an airport like Philadelphia Avis alone processes 100’s of cars an hour. So the personal experience offered by ADA at Lamballe in comparison is greatly appreciated. I was disappointed though to get a bill and a nasty letter telling me I returned the car in horrible condition and I’d have to pay 60 additional Euros to have the car cleaned. I’ll admit that there was a lot of sand in the car as we were at the beach. I can also understand that someone had to spend some time vacuuming out the car. What I didn’t appreciate thought was the comment about the condition as it sounded like a personal judgement against me. Perhaps in the future if the manger could be coached just to say, hey we had to spend some extra time cleaning up the car and we’d like to be compensated for our extra labour hours. It would be better received. As for the C3 it was a fun car to drive. A little underpowered compared to a typical car here in Canada though.
