I am a leaseholder on a development managed by Adair Paxton. They have proved to be very professional and efficient. As an individual I have found them to be both responsive and practical in their assistance. Despite being based in Leeds, Nicola attends the development and shows an interest in residents and their issues. We are very fortunate to have them.

Adair Paxton are abosolutely wonderful. Ben always gives the very best service, and goes above and beyond - whilst being incredibly efficient - and all with a great sense of humour. I don't have a bad word to say. Thank you Ben.

Victoria and Alix were absolutely fantastic when handling our sale and kept the whole chain on track. We’re not near one of their offices but that didn’t matter at all. Great job - we would wholeheartedly recommend.

Adair Paxton (AP) has managed our 12 flats (in 2 blocks) for several years. Ben Acton is our go-to AP contact for advice, troubleshooting, fixing problems, regular inspections, maintainance, management fee collections, accounting, change management, and more. He and AP also advise us on legal matters (e.g. health & safety), and liaise with Companies House for our Management Company Directorship changes.

Ben is a great asset and advert for AP, and a joy to work with. He’s experienced, personable, highly knowledgeable, proactive, responsive to our questions and concerns, and has a “can do” attitude. His advice is sound, and he gets things done.

To sum up, Adair Paxton and Ben keep us legal, and help to make our entire range of flats’ management issues far easier to deal with, and much less stressful!

I live in a beautiful bottom floor flat in Leeds with a garden surrounded by trees to give me privacy which has been like this for years and ever since I’ve moved in. We spent hundreds of pounds cutting this line of trees to sky level and lots of care and consideration to ensure that people got enough light from the sky but privacy from the surrounding trees. Ben Acton from Adair Paxton who is the property manager thought it was appropriate for someone to cut down all these trees and now everyone from the block of flats can see directly into my bedroom window and in fact my whole flat. My privacy I have had for years has completely gone in the space of an hour and I feel completely exposed in my flat, no longer able to even open the curtains, enjoy my garden etc. I wonder what Ben Acton would do if suddenly after years of living in peace had a whole block of flats staring into his windows? I actually feel physically sick, my life is ruined from him, this is unacceptable. The boundary is not the fence either. After years of being a considerate neighbour and caring about privacy, he comes along and chops everything down without a thought. Incompetent, inconsiderate, I could go on. Thanks for ruining my life whilst you go to sleep in your privacy of your home you leave me expose and ruining everything without any thought of how is will affect people’s lives

Kerry and Katy were absolutely excellent, and were especially good at communicating each step of the process with me. Made renting a flat a super easy thing to do!

Throughout the whole process which seemed to hit so many bumps in the road ,Victoria and Alix were there to ease the pressure and resolve all the issues.No House Sale is completely stress free but it felt like we were all working together and nothing was too much trouble.

Katy and Kerry were very efficient and my move went through perfectly fine. Until I actually moved in and realised that I was not given basic information such as my specific parking allocation, code to the communal refuse room, little things like that.Not sure who is responsible for ensuring that information is passed on to the new tenant, but surely it is not the neighbours' job to show me, after I've upset people by parking in their allocated spot (because no one had told me). Basic information that should be in the pack. Luckily, after that the property management team has been extremely good at sorting mistakes that shoud not have happened in the first place.

Victoria and Alix have been exceptional throughout our sale, proactively chasing the parties involved to keep things moving along efficiently. They have been very patient with me calling frequently whilst we worked through a bit of a rollercoaster and have always helped as much as they can to ease my nerves. Thank you so much.

We have had very positive dealings with Adair Paxton so far. They made the process of applying for the property we rent from them very straightforward and easy to follow.
