DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY! Its a complete scam. They refused to cancel and refund my ticket even before the ticket was issued, and even though I paid extra for a fully refundable, fully cancellable ticket. Spare yourselves the headache and book direct with the airline.

Rose reached out to me, was very helpful and confirmed flight dates with me related to my reservation. I had booked a really great deal with Adamvacations and within 24 hours I had my flight confirmation.

Will book again with them in the future.

ABSOLUTE CON!!! We were late for a ferry crossing and in our panic we found this number to call to try and deal with our delay - (I’d Google searched the name of the port and the first available number took me to unknowingly to Adam’s Vacations). The staff member pretended to be from the ferry port, lied about the final boarding time, and pressurised us to rebook our ticket for a significant fee. We then arrived at the port and were allowed on the ferry without issue. We are now fighting to get our money back.

1 Star – Misleading Terms and Poor Business Practices

Proceed with caution. While Adams Travel advertises attractive rates, the way they handle bookings raises serious concerns.

I booked an airline ticket for a client and paid an additional fee specifically for guaranteed baggage and flexible cancellation. When we later attempted to use those benefits, Adams Travel refused to honor them. Their explanation? They claimed we had booked the “wrong class.”

That doesn’t hold up. I reviewed the receipt carefully—the correct class was clearly selected and paid for. Instead of taking responsibility, they shifted the blame and would not deliver what was purchased.

What’s more troubling is the timing. It appears the ticket may not have been issued immediately, and by the time they processed it, the fare had likely increased. Rather than being transparent, they simply refused to honor the original terms and pushed a refund as the only solution.

A refund does not fix the inconvenience, loss of trust, or disruption to a client’s travel plans.

Bottom line: Low prices mean nothing if the terms aren’t honored. This experience suggests a lack of transparency and accountability. I would not trust this company with client travel or any booking where terms matter.

This is a fraudulent business. Stay far away. They run a scam that has been noted by several previous reviews. Sadly I fell pray to this scam. I booked 2 tickets on their website. They called me and said only 1 was confirmed (and is now non-refundable). To ticket the 2nd passenger, they required a fare class difference requiring $1,800 extra dollars. They conned me into thinking I had no option and made me reply to an email while on the call approving the charge to cover their tracks. Turns out, both tickets had the exact same fare class - it was 100% fabricated. They also added extra legs to my ticket to bring the rate down which is a violation of British Airways policies and could result in my frequent flyer account being banned without my consent. Stay far far away from Adam Vacations.

I booked a vacation through Adam Vacations in September for a family vacation in February. The vacation was paid in September. The day before our vacation we received an email explaining how a technical system synchronization error occurred and our resort was not paid. We were told to pay at the resort and that a refund was processing. We called reservation support and confirmed this information. So, we paid at the resort, which was now more expensive. As of the first week in April, we had paid for the same vacation twice with no refund! My attempts to get Customer Support has been miserable. I have called and waited an hour on hold, I have been disconnected, hung up on, and told they promised call me back... I have NEVER been called back. I have been able to dispute my first payment but due to the increased cost paying at the resort, I am still out $8,000. I would like a representative from Adam Vacations to contact me and settle this problem.

After I paid, they said couldn't match the price. They didn't agree to refund, and I had to pay more to get the ticket.

Best prices for the tickets i was trying to book, i am impressed by the followup call from Vaibhav to check regarding receipt of tickets, and particulars on the ticket. I have never experienced that before

Total bait and switch organization. Completely untrustworthy. Why Google Flights pops them up to buy from is completely bizarre !

Avoid at all costs, and don't get pulled in by the low quotes, they are just scammers.

To prevent you from recovering your funds, they manipulate you into saying the word "cancel" so they can contest your chargeback, while simultaneously stalling with fake promises of a refund to run out the 60-day legal dispute window. Do not engage with them; contact your bank immediately to report a fraudulent transaction and service not rendered.

i worked mainly with Nelson and Vaibhav. Both were very kind and competent.

Don't use these people, just a rip off.

Lincoln worked hard to find me the best possible rate for my business class tix to Mumbai and delivered verifiable E tickets on Etihad , I know they have lot of bad press on internet some precipitated by middle east war situation and air space closures and airline canceling flights but if you have patience and keep in mind you have back up protection from your Credit Card Bank , I do not believe this business is a scammer

Stay away, or none of your money back. Don’t fall for “we advertise the lowest fare on Google Flights”; you will, and let me say that again, WILL regret it. Book straight with the airline.
