This is mass produced dollar store jewelry from china posing as a handmade boutique in Toronto. Items are crap, takes forever to get here, passes through customs,.and no refunds are homoured. Don't buy

This business is a scam. It is not based in Toronto and items are not hand made. My order came from China and customer service claimed it was a glitch with the shippers system and that’s why it shows it is coming from China. I got up to date tracking which showed it came from China and the quality proves this. The rings though nice looking, are cheap and mass produced. They have little to no weight to them and are definitely not hand made. The blatant lying from customer service is troubling as is the fake bio on the site. Buyer beware!!!

The communication received following the purchase was wonderful - I know where the shipment is at all times and the item i ordered was exactly as indicated. Very happy.

I was worried that the necklace, that I love, would be too short. It was, though you thought would fit because of the Extension of the chain. The ring, that I like, looks very brassy with my other gold rings.

This company came up on my news feed about the owner retiring after 4 decades making leather bags.wasnt sure at first but the bags looked beautiful and they were reduced to a very low price so ,as I love handbags I ordered one.I received an email stating my order was shipped,that was quick .Then I ordered another bag for my sister and card declined. i rang the fraud dept and hey ho this turns out go be a scam,I should have read reviews here on Trustpilot as my card company advised.The fraud dept stopped the card and thank goodness they did,this scam company are flagged up with them so i was grateful.I am not expecting the item to turn up ,I have to wait so many days then I can. Open up a resolution with my card company,so I now have to take my card off my PayPal and amazon and so on.These scammers used the home page of Adeline company that is in the states and Netherland so be careful with this one.grateful thanks to my card company for being on the ball.

Immediately after I placed my order with the online Adeline Jewelry store mother/daughter handmade… I realized it was a scam. But it was too late. I have jumped through hoops to get my money back and am still jumping. STOP DO NOT BUY

I love the ring! I plan on using it as a wedding band.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Horrible experience. I regret purchasing anything from this scam, sham, deceitful company. I did not receive the item that was pictured on the website. When, after several email exchanged, I was offered to select another item. When that came it was damaged by sloppy gluing on the clear glass, making the earrings unsightly to wear. The real insult to injury was when I was informed that the return/refund for replacement items was THERE IS NO replacement offered. In other words, they get rid of the returned junk in a person's second order. This is a no-win situation money grab. Do not fall for this scam, waste of money. Somewhere I'm going to post the photos of the products I received and the customer support emails!

Well since I don't yet have any of the jewelry I ordered I am waiting with baited excitement for 2st my ring and later from China (a bit disappointed about China being whose sending my earrings) Awh well everything looks well done from the photos so I'm hoping I'll love them when they arrive..

Terrible. This is a scam. The jewelry is drop-shipped from China and this is not a legit Toronto business. Items I ordered look nothing at all like the pictures. Horrid, awful quality - paint coming off, cheap yucky quality, like "toy jewelry" quality... Reviews are fake, there is no return policy, and I can't believe someone hasn't arrested them yet for scamming people this way. RUN
