I was told my ring was adjustable... it was not. Then I told them it was too small. They said they sent a replacement, then weeks later they said it hadn't been sent. Then they kept sending me messages... 34 in all sending contradicting messages... i will get the ring, I will pay shipping charges, I will get the ring with no charges and the last comment was that too much time has passed for them to provide the replacement

The company is fantastic.My parcel was missing because of the delivery service.I reached out and they got results right away.They are very reputable and trustworthy. I know a lot of people are weary about ordering on line but this site is 💯 legit.🥰🥰

The ring I purchased was not the correct size and there was a flaw on it. I spoke with customer service and they not only provided me with the correct size new ring, but said I could keep my previous ring as well. They were quick at responding and shipping out my new ring.

I ordered an item but the wrong one was sent. They allowed me to keep it and sent me a replacement for free. Their customer service is outstanding. Best I have ever experienced. I ordered a second item - can't wait to see it!

Scam! Products shown in website that appearing to be high quality jewelry are not the same to what is actually sold! You only get cheap and low quality items that do not resemble the products ordered from their website. The site claim to have a 30 day money back guarantee - they do not honour that and instead try to negotiate a partial refund in exchange for keeping the cheap product. The products come from China and not from Paris or Toronto. After telling me there is a high risk of the products getting lost in transit (no guarantee of ever getting my refund) they provided this return address: Jianlan Road

Items shipped were not what was advertised . They have a 30 day money back guarantee that they are not honouring . They won’t tell me where to ship my package back to - because they aren’t from Toronto !

Ordered a few pieces and when I checked the tracking they were coming from China. They claim to be a Toronto company that makes custom jewelry. Almost all their pieces can be found on Temu from$3-5. Save your money and order from Temu if you like any of their pieces. At least when you get them you won’t feel like you’ve been scammed.

I’m absolutely thrilled with this ring. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and you can really tell how much care went into every detail. It’s elegant without being flashy, comfortable to wear every day, and feels truly special. Ordering was easy, and the personal touch from a small business made the experience even better. I would happily recommend this shop to anyone looking for something meaningful and well made.

If I could give a negative review I would. Don't buy this junk. They are not from Toronto. They ship from outside the country. When the rings I ordered arrived the first thing I noticed is that the gold rings I received (even though I ordered silver) looked and is so cheap. The main ring was completely out of round. I contacted them about returning them and they refused. If you want just as good jewellery go to Ardenes and buy their cheap costume jewellery. It'll be just as good.

Product was nothing like pic. They offered a replacement and tried to get more money. Total garbage. Would give zero stars if an option.

Received products look nothing like the ordered ones, they are very cheap representations of clearly stolen photos. I've filed for a return.

NOT GET CONNED. Total scam. Also sell as Amanda and Oliver Jewelry. If products are handmade, it can only be low paid labour putting together the plastic and cheap metal pieces. I won't let the items touch my skin. They won't allow returns despite 100% guarantee of this, and they maintain the facade that you have purchased high quality material, that they are closing, etc. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Buyer Beware! I should have read these reviews before I made the purchase. What a shock to open the bag when it finally came to find the cheapest jewelry (if you can call it that) ever made. I have tried to return for a full refund but all I get is a run around. I supposedly ordered direct from a company in Toronto. I got suspicious when I received a note saying my order was approved by Canada Customs. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESES SCAMMERS! I am hoping the credit card company will help in returning my money. But I have to wait 2 weeks to see if the situation will be resolved by the company. I'm not counting on that. They want to replace junk with more junk.
