Finally it all makes sense
The experience with ADHD Certify from booking an assessment till today has been nothing but positive.
My initial assessment took place in December 2025, this was booked with Shymaa who was nothing short of wonderful. Medical appointments have always been nerve wracking so i expected no different. HOWEVER i couldn't have been more wrong, Shymaa made me feel completely at ease, listened to and was fantastic from start to finish, receiving a diagnosis of Combined type/Predominantly Inattentive was initially very overwhelming especially at 34 years of age but has also answered a lot of questions for both myself and my family.
I decided to try medication and initiation was completed by Juliette along with subsequent reviews and again it was all positive,
My last Review was with Fade who was understanding, caring and couldn't have listened more, and she initiated a shared care argreement with my GP who was happy to accept everything

Real peace of mind
My assessment was completed by Hayley and the whole experience was very relaxing. Even when I’d had a power cut so had to join on my phone she was never stressed and remained very calm. When Harley first introduced what the assessment was going to be and we were going to speak of things in my childhood at 56 I didn’t think I’d remember but the assessment was so natural and brought out things I had honestly not thought was relevant or thought I’d forgotten.

I had a very positive experience with Asana throughout my ADHD assessment. She was extremely patient, kind, considerate, and professional from start to finish.
What stood out most was how well she balanced keeping the assessment structured while also allowing me the space to explain things in my own way. At times I would go off track or need redirected, and she did this in a calm, supportive, and respectful way that never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable.
I do not find it easy to talk openly about how I am feeling or explain my difficulties, but she made me feel at ease and created an environment where I felt able to speak honestly. She showed a very clear understanding of the issues I was describing and listened properly to what I was saying.
We actually went over our allotted time because I needed a lot of redirecting and explanation, but at no point did I feel under pressure to leave out important details or speed things up. This was particularly important to me, as in the past I have often felt rushed by other professionals and unable to fully explain myself.
She not only recognised and diagnosed the ADHD traits I had long suspected, but also identified that I have combined ADHD, rather than only the hyperactive presentation I had originally believed I had. I felt listened to, understood, and taken seriously throughout the process.
Overall, I am very grateful for the way the assessment was handled and would highly recommend her.
