Great service, especially if you are from Latin America

I´ve been trading with Admirals for a couple of years and it has been a great experience. It has been very easy to make deposits, the transfers to cash out, the app is easy to use, and great costumer service, with real persons, in my language (spanish).

And for me, being in a latin country (Guatemala) sometimes is a little hard to find a broker where you can trade and manage your accounts easily. Admirals have made it very easy and accesible, thats why I´m staying with Admirals

Enjoy using the platform to trade with MT5 and great customer support

I'm still working with this platform…

I'm still working with this platform and till now everything is working good only I realized that the transactions to my bank account takes so long but I think this is because this is international transaction, it's a kinda normal due to this is money.

avoid if you can

This guys are paying more attention to kill you with their bureaucracy than actually helping you. I´m being harassed every several weeks and asked to submit all possible proofs from 2 or 3 years ago.
- proof of sold property
- proof of loan
- proof of tax records

You send them one thing, they need another one.
For 3 years in a row every few weeks there is some incompetent person sending you an email because they are missing some ´information´. Or calling your Friday at 7pm...
The website bugs regularly, customer support is non existent, cards are refused for no reason, then they are accepted again.
A shady Cypriot broker with doggy bank accounts is asking for all sort of information. My Austrian bank even refuses to make transfer to their Estonian or Latvian bank because the security check does not allow it, says enough what kind of company this is. Seems they care more about collecting data then being a broker.

It all went down hill 3 years ago, once a good broker turned to a group of incompetent people.

Very high overnight fee and as you hold…

Very high overnight fee and as you hold it further the more expensive it becomes. For Swing Trader I will never recommend. Had to pay more than 6euro for a 0,01 lot for one night.

Support and explanation

This company not only guides clients on their platform during the buying/selling process, but also makes daily reports and webinars of the main business and economical news that may afect markets and the most traded indicators. Very pushy sales

Very pushy sales. When explained that i was not in posession of cards to deposit money tbey suggested I borrow money off a colleague or contact my wife at work. Claimed they were credible as per their trust pilot reviews. Informed trust pilot were well known to delete negative reviewa in favour of paying customers. Then stated trust pilot was not always a good guide to go by. Bet this review is challenged and removed.

account closed without explanation

After years with Admiral Markets, they terminated my account without an explanation. My account was verified many times with residences and credentials changed, etc. I wasn't a successful trader overall, but made them good money over the years nonetheless. So at least an apology or explanation feels appropriate. Especially, after all the ass kissing they've done every time I deposited four or five digit amounts.
