Absolutely PRICELESS, a neverending plethora of personal insight.
Adntro has been the most captivating, forthcoming and comprehensive genotyping/genome sequencing website I've ever had the privilege to become acquainted with. What I've enjoyed most is the fact that they allowed for me to upload my previously extracted raw data that was done thru myheritage. I paid ADNTRO a mere fraction of what myheritage charged me for their services and yet they have provided more insight into myself than I could've ever discovered using any other service available. They don't just tell you your heritage, they delve even deeper into what makes you tick, uncovering susceptibilities and personality traits. They have kept me engaged going on almost 3 years here pretty soon and will continue to keep me coming back because they are ever evolving. This is the most interesting website I've ever visited because they know ME better than I DO. I'd give them 500 stars if I could.

I found it so interesting to see the areas that I decended from. The health information was spot on. It stated I had a high chance of having Myasthenia gravis and I actually do have it. I found it very informative. :)

February 10 2025 I got this email today and if you delete my sample from your company which I paid for a year ago I will report you to the better business bureau. I don't care if you don't update it but you best not delete it! I didn't see an update the whole year I have been a member my ethnicity did not change once like most companies that have updates. In the email they told me If you choose not to renew your subscription, your sample may be deleted. Storing and custody of DNA samples on secure servers involves a cost for us. Therefore, samples belonging to inactive accounts will be automatically deleted after 12 months of inactivity.

After this initial 12-month period, we encourage you to remain part of the ADNTRO community by subscribing to one of our plans. This ensures continued access to your results, new features, and personalized recommendations based on the latest genetic discoveries. Your subscription also helps fund ongoing updates, the expansion of DNA studies, the development of new reports, and overall improvements to our platform.
We understand that not all customers wish to maintain a subscription, which is why we send an email notification before any changes occur. This email serves as a reminder so that you can make an informed decision—whether to renew your access or download your results and genetic RAW file before the account transitions to a more limited mode.

We do offer a free upload to review your ancestry with an admixture report developed in collaboration with the University of Texas @ Tyler.
We do ask for payment if you want to see other results (other ancestry estimates, nutrition, health, pharma and so on) and we are clear about it, since you can upload your results by paying righ away.
We are an honest company. In any case, we will review the information we provide, but we clearly say "Get started for free and Unlock whenever you want!

Very happy with the service
At first, I was a bit hesitant about undergoing a DNA test, but my curiosity about understanding my behaviour, particularly in relation to nutrition and health, led me to choose ADNTRO. The overall price appeared reasonable for the services offered, and the results turned out to be incredibly insightful.
I encountered some issues with the courier service, and unfortunately, my kit couldn't be analysed. Upon reaching out to ADNTRO, their customer service immediately stepped in and took charge of the situation. They kept me well-informed throughout the process and presented various solutions to address the problem. Their team was not only friendly but also highly competent, swiftly resolving the issue. great resource to understand how your genetics can affect your health
very user friendly. great graphics and tools that allow excellent visualization of your genetic profile or a family members. I am an MD and this will save me alot of time when discussing a patients raw data results. the price is very good for the value of the tools they make available. nothing else like this site that I know of so far.
You can use your raw data from any of the other companies EX: Ancestry 23and Me etc.. or they will; run your dna test through their chips.

The free ancestry report included is "Ancestral Shapes", an exclusive report from ADNTRO, created in collaboration with the University of Texas Tyler, and with which you can check your admixture and compare your results with the community. You can also access for free to our COVID-19 report, under the health section to know your predisposition to its susceptibility and prognosis.
We're sorry that you haven't found value in what we provide to users for free. If you wish to delve deeper into your DNA, we offer a premium version that unlocks all our reports.

my sister also did the test with 23andme and got logical normal results while I received 78% Italian with no context whatsoever as my family comes from Eastern Europe.
I feel very sorry that I recommended them to my girlfriend.

5 stars as the experience with the robot assistance was great! The platform has a good UX and the information given are plenty and very useful.. it can be use as per day info on how improving ourself following as guideline together with the required professional help (nutritionists, doctors etc..)

I was skeptical, but interested in finding out my haplogroup. So glad I bought it. Haplogroups were just the tip of the iceberg. So much interesting info you could spend weeks reviewing. The info seems correct and not just voodoo 'personality' stuff.
