Customer service at its best. The ADSR team addressed a situation I had with a purchase promptly with courtesy and grace (because I overlooked something so simply to fix). Claire and the rest of the team are fantastic. Because of the way I'm treated as a customer, I do not hesitate to recommend ADSR to my friends.

All the best products and if there is an issue they take care of it right away and I mean right away - - - like within hours!!!

Great prices and products, and great customer service. The few times I have contacted customer service they were always quick to response and very helpful, whether fixing a mistake I made in an order, or even getting a sale extended when there was a problem with the website. Great people!

For those of you who haven't checked out ADSR yet, go for it! IMHO, it's worth it!

A "free" plugin was added to my cart while purchasing something completely different.

The price showed as $0, so I figured it was some kind of promotional thing, whatever, it's free right? Once I paid for the product I actually wanted, my payment total was COMPLETELY different and I was charged full price for this plugin that 1. was free, 2. I never even added to my cart, and 3. that I never wanted in the first place. What??? I absolutely need a refund, I never wanted the plugin, I haven't downloaded it and I never will. Please reach out to me so I can provide my order #, this needs to be resolved.

Please be careful when buying from this site, this kind of practice is SUPER SCUMMY!

My experience with ADSR is great. I had a issue with a vst plugin. Went to customer support on Web site, submitted a ticket about the issue and not even 3 days later they already resolved the issue. That's what you call valuing your customers.I will be buying more products from ADSR. Thank you.

Since I'm not producing music now, I forgot I had a subscription, so they charged me unexpectedly. I asked them for a refund and they did it super fast.

With this kind of response, I won't hesitate subscribing again when I need it.

This is a hugely competitive sector and the developers that stand out not only make great plugins at great value, but they back it up with excellent customer service. There will always be issues in any business, but it is how you handle those to rectify the situation and keep your customers happy and loyal. ADSR is a fine example of a business that does things properly right to after-sales support. Highly recommended and I will continue to use them and sing their praises.

Good service is the most important feature of any product. ADSR responds quickly, qualified my needs and found a resolution to get their product running great on my new PC. Very impressive
