Hade trouble with licenes and supporter fixed it super fast

dont normally write reviews but ADSR went out of their way to help me with.. my own stupid mistake as i didnt register my product properly. so thanks ADSR for helping me fix my faux pa... and i recommend these guys for all your plugin needs

After my purchase, I noticed that a bundle was also available for the same price, but with bonus content. After a quick email to support, they added the bonus content to my account without any questions or problems. That is some great customer service!

Purchased a plug-in and during that process the internet timed out, so I had a double purchase. I reached out immediately to their customer support and she handled it within a few hours. Will definitely be using them again.

My download wasn’t showing up on my profile and the customer support team dug up my order and made it available within hours! Couldn’t be more impressed with theirs response and response times 5 of 5 absolutely deserved

Awesome company and support team is on point. Whenever I had an issue they resolved it very quick. No more than a day later at the most. My go to for plugins!

I needed to download a lot of old stuff I ordered from thier site, and I got a response within a day and was able to download the stuff immediately!
Friendly contact with the people from support that show interrest in my situation and know a thing or two about producing. :-)

I had a very small issue with the ADSR Sample Manager. (mostly cosmetic). I got in touch to see if this was a known issue with a particular file type. They got back within a couple of days and stayed with me until resolution. It took about a week of back and forth emails. I had advised them it was not a major issue as it did not seem to affect the functionality of the program yet they kept trying to resolve the issue.

I really am grateful dealing with ADSR as the customer service is excellent ... only positive experiences especially with Claire on the support team ... Mario

ADSR has responded very efficiently to my enquiry about refreshing my downloads. Claires response was precise and professional.

As a new ADSR customer I needed assistance from their support team with my first purchase, and the support I got was fantastic. They understood my concerns and offered a solution. I can not fault the level of service I got, and would happily shop there again knowing the support they offer.

There’s always great deals and sales going on, and a large catalog available. And new products added all the time.

The one time I needed support I received a quick response, within minutes of sending my email. I missed a sale due to an apparent error with the countdown clock, but they contacted the company and were able to get the sale extended. I can’t imagine that happening often but it was great that they went the extra mile.

Besides all the great deals and great plugins I am super happy with their support, really kind and helpful and they go out of their way to help you out!

Very helpful and friendly customer Service.
After a computer crash my Ilok said I had reached my license Limit. Claire on Customer service for ADSR helped me with renewing my license for the DB-33 Plugin.

One evening, letting my eyes get the better of me , I bought $40 worth of products without realizing I was buying something I already had. I would have taken store credit, if I was lucky, I thought. Without hesitation these guys refunded my money, even though it was entirely my mistake. I’ll be coming back, no doubt.

After putting together a whole new computer I needed to download my products from ADSR again but the links had expired. Customer service, specifically Claire, was fast to respond to my inquiry. Within 24 hrs I was up and running again. The professionalism and friendliness of ADSR customer support was exemplary. Being in the customer service business myself I applaud and respect the customer service of ADSR. They have a loyal customer in me and I wouldn't hesitate a moment to recommend them. Thank you!

I had purchased sofware from a few years ago, and the license had expired, so I got in contact with ADSR support and they were incredible in getting me a new license so I could use my software again. They went above and beyond, contacting the external company and looping me in to get the license updated. It was truly incredible, I thank you all for your kindness and help, it is really appreciated.
