Outstanding customer service as they go above and beyond to help customers.
The store is equipped with everything and there is no pressure to buy. I would go back and recommend friends and relatives to go there.
A big thank you to all at Advantage Mobility for the brilliant Christmas gifts for our babies and families. Merry Christmas to you all from Nottingham Neonatal Units xxx
What an amazing company, a huge donation for our care home.very much appreciated. Thank you very much. *****
It is with great sadness and absolute disbelief that I have to write this review. However if this review saves in my opion just one person from being financially exploited by dreadful company who hides behind words such as Ethical, trustworthy business practices. In my opinion these are just words to lull the old, infirm and vulnerable people into a false sense of security. Please check their terms and conditions on the back of thier invoice which they will not point out to you and even worse they have total disregard for the Sales of Good Act 2015. Please be aware the prices advertised on the website is not the price you pay. They do not even itemize delivery or other charges they deem necessary to charge. I have reported the company to the Trading Standards and Age UK Nottingham.
In my opinion I fail understand how such business practices can be allowed to continue with blatant indifference and disregard for the people the claim to be helping.
