All was good even the time I called i didn't take much time waiting for response.The gentleman I spoke to really took his time explaining to me and made sure I understand everything.He was really kind to me.l felt being served with a kind and caring person.Keep it up!

Spoke with Bethany via Webchat, absolutely fantastic service and gave me all the available options to sort out a very annoying matter! I wish the DVLA would do there job like this lady has, then there wouldn't be any problems! Thank you Bethany
