We apologize for this issue and for a delay with our response. There have been a KYC issue for your account related to a false match in a high risk database, but upon manual review our operators have been able to fix it. The verification department is under heavy load right now, so slight delays in responses are unfortunately possible for some time. Our operators are just about to respond in your ticket. Your verification has been reinstated. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and sorry again.
