They won't give me my money

From November the 20 I transferred 110£ to violet com from IQ option, them I made a deposit to send funds to my visa debit card which would be 102usd bc of feed and % of what they charge, pls note this is the first time I ever use the platform to receive and send money anyway after I typed my visa card number and select the amount to transfer everything was going smoothly no problem at all, I worth the support team about a update about my funds they said it hasn't been 3 days are so yet please be patient and it should arrive with no issues and yet still after the time frame of 3 days has past there know saying there waiting for a response from our technical teams for the past 4 days there been saying this non stop and that it might be a rear case where the transaction my be stuck in process, no help at all do yourself a favor and stay away from them bc there lier's there clearly violate there own agreement and want you to be patient if my funds are not yet tranfer to my bank in 1 week im contacting my country financial authorities and my lawyers and I have proof 🧾 of everything in case they decide to delete my account, wouldn't be the first time I heard that about them doing bad things like this

The timeframe indicated on the page where you made this withdrawal is 3 business days. When you left this review, this time has not yet passed.

Please note that we do not 'give' any money. Funds are sent to our processing gateways and they send them to your bank, so we are not actually involved at later stages of such payments, after completing our initial part. We also do not benefit in any way if any funds are in processing. We only benefit when you make transactions and pay fees. So with all due respect to your concerns, we do not quite agree that we deserved a 1-star review here.

This withdrawal was canceled by our processing gateway, and the funds returned to your balance. Our operators will let you know in your support ticket. They are also investigating what led to the cancelation. Usually it happens when your bank does not allow external payments to a specific card.

We are sorry these things sometimes get a little more complicated, but this is the complex nature of these payments. We do not have any control over later stages of these transactions, it's up to processing gateways and external banks.

We hope you will be able to do what you wanted soon.

Very bad service after rebranding

After rebranding from Advcash to Volet, it became a poor service for sending money to Russia. I went through a long verification process to discover that their transfers to Russia no longer work. They made the announcement on their website that a new way of transferring money was working, but it didn't. And it still doesn't after a few months from he announcement, at least if you have Tinkoff bank.
Now, I have to transfer to Volet and then use a third-party exchange to transfer to Russia. Verifying these transactions is always an issue with Volet. And I'm not using any VPNs or anything that can disturb their IT verification process. Even logging in is a problem now - they always have server errors or I don't get verification codes at all. It seems that they just work much worse than they used to. I hope I can find a new service to do transfers easier.

For all

For starters, I've been using this service for over 5 years. But after the rebranding from 'wallet advcash com' to 'volet com' the service has become just a damned bottom.

Not only is it now impossible to access my personal account, but now the support is completely useless. 6 hours have passed since my appeal, but the issue has not been resolved. I have already lost a potential client because of such an unprecedented delay. And guess what? They are silent. They requested verification by selfies (lol) even though I haven't sent them any selfies before. How do they verify, what's that for?

But I fell for it and confirmed everything. I got 2 emails: one of them told me to go to hell, the other one said everything was fine. It looks like a scam now, and the main thing is that I never got access to my account. And now they have been silent for 2 hours.

For those who are thinking of using it - look for another service. For those who use it - withdraw your money before it's too late.

For those who doubt, I can provide all correspondence with the support.

We have posted two news update in the news feed of every account and sent out multiple email newsletters announcing the move to the new domain name weeks ahead of time. Nothing is stuck and there is nothing to get back, you just log in on the new website with your old password, and everything you had will be there, working exactly in the same way like before. There are no changes for users except for the domain name. This seems to be a major confusion and misunderstanding. We recommend getting in touch with support about basic questions like this before going on Trustpilot. Totally non-sense verification process

Totally non-sense verification process. I submited all require documents and then shows errror of their verification system. Then I contact support and raise a ticket. After few hours I see account get blocked. How non-sense system can be. I first time listen this service from another payment platform. But initiate totally duisgusting. Never recommend of this platform.

Deposits with cards and withdrawals to cards are entirely different channels offered by different third party providers with different rules. Using a card for deposits does not automatically guarantee it will work for withdrawals, unfortunately, this is just how these things work. Your card was issued in unsupported country and our operators forwarded your details and documents to our withdrawal provider for investigation. In the meantime, there are multiple withdrawal options available in your account, so with all due respect we deny your allegations. You can also just use a different card issued in a supported country at any time. We do not benefit in any way if you are unable to make transactions, we only make money when you make transactions and pay fees. As soon as we have new information from our withdrawal provider, we will let you know ASAP. Please accept our apologies once again for the inconvenience. Thanks!

I was a customer for 5 years

I was a customer for 5 years, very satisfied but now since a month if you make any deposit you have to wait 2-3 days to be cleared after infinite questions, screenshots and proofs, is Gestapo. I don't recommand.

Avoid advcash

Avoid advcash, Few month ago i did a test withdrawal to my mastercard small $10 amount.. Now that I have to withdraw $1000 to my account suddenly my country isn't supported anymore, Neither can i do a bank transfer, i am out of options.. But they suggested that I withdraw it to a crypto wallet and withdraw to my bank from there also putting a disclaimer that they claim zero responsibility of how it goes..

ABUSIVE KYC & FROZEN FUNDS DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

DO NOT use this service, they are FRAUDSTERS and will blackmail you to FREEZE your hard earned money using excessive KYC reason.

- I sent them 110 USDT, they received it fine in their wallet. This was instant and cannot be in any way fraudulent since I used crypto USDT TRON.
- Then, when I tried to load my card they didn't load my card and asked me for a selfie to load the card, even tho I already verified my account !!
I would've understand if they asked for a selfie BEFORE having my money but they are sneaky and will wait you to do a deposit so you are screwed.
- I refused to do a selfie for just 110$ especially when I already sent them my ID and everything.
- So I simply asked them to not load the card since I won't comply and REFUND my money and they refused !!
They say it's to confirm i'm the owner of the account, what a joke. I respond them by using the same email, and also tell them I could resend my ID but they refused and told me that they will keep my money if I don't send a selfie.

THEY ARE THIEVES ! DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY.

You can't force me to send a selfie to unlock MY cryptocurrency if I don't want to use your service anymore.
If I don't want to load my card anymore because I don't want to comply with the selfie request, THEN you have to refund and send me back my money.
That's what a real bank would do, you can't keep my money until I send the selfie.

It's simple, you won't process my money to the card because I don't want to send the selfie, then don't and refund my money.
Why would you keep my money ?
Return my funds and close that account since I don't want to comply just like any LEGAL bank would do.
You can't force me to do a selfie if I don't want to and I can't force you to load the money since I won't send the selfie so RETURN MY MONEY if you are not fraudulent, but you are !
That's why y'all will changing the company name to "Volet.com" because y'all are THIEVES.
Return my money this is not your money you can't decide to keep it !

Going through a brief liveness check is a required part of our standard KYC and anti-fraud process powered by industry-leading KYC providers. The check is standard and is completed by all our legitimate users without any issues in about a minute. The fact that you choose to attack us instead suggests there may be something else going on here, but we are willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. Just using the same email and sending the same ID is unfortunately not sufficient in today's online finance, especially when it comes to crypto. As soon as you complete the liveness check, we will be happy to move this forward. No traditional bank would just do what you demand if there was a pending security check that they expect you to complete first. $110 is not really an amount for which one risks a reputation in finance built since 2014, so with all due respect we reject your allegations of illegal conduct. You are also getting careful timely assistance in your support ticket, something that would make no sense for us to do if this really was illegal. Unfortunately, this company violates its own rules and discriminates on the basis of citizenship, despite all available documents on legal residence in another country with which they work. I DO NOT recommend it!

I continuously get a verification error message…

I continuously get an error message when I try to verify my identity, and there is no way I could return and re-upload my documents. I get the following message: Rejection Reason: KYC/AML requirements not met. I have used good resolution photos and followed all instructions. It is quite annoying; I have wasted a lot of time with this.

Not trust worthy platform for…

Not trust worthy platform for sending/receiving funds. First they will accept funds then will be asking multiple questions for verification of funds, so please don’t fall in their trap. When asked to return back even for that they require verification.

I use Advcash to send money to my mom and I've had only good experience with them. A few times I had a question and their customer service would reply within a few hours and has always been helpful.

Be carefull with this provider

Be carefull with this provider. I would not trust sending money to them. Deposited money and can not withdraw now. They say that my country is not accepted, however when I was making deposit they accepted without any problems. Amount was not huge, but my trust lost.

You used a Revolut card to make a deposit on one of the merchant websites that uses our facilities. It was not a deposit to our platform, but to that merchant of your choice. Then you wanted to withdraw funds to the same card, but unfortunately our processing facilities have country restrictions that prevent outgoing payments to cards like yours, at least for now. different payment processing channels can sometimes have different rules that we unfortunately have no control over. When your funds are in Advcash, you have quite a few withdrawal options to choose from as opposed to just this one specific card. With all due respect, we understand these technical hiccups are frustrating, but we disagree that this was a choice we made towards you as a customer and that you have been treated unfairly. Please continue this in your ticket and hopefully we will be able to find a solution. Thanks!

They block your account!!!

They have blocked my account without prior notice and have asked me for work documents that I do not have because I am a freelancer, without giving me an alternative. Now it is impossible for me to access my funds, they have kept my money. I highly advise against opening an account at Advcash!
