This is a 0 star review. If you see any website use payment mothods by this advcash then don’t use it. Once they have already charged you they will force you to verify your identity, taking your selfie, your ID front and back and the weird thing they want photo of your credit card. Very stupid, and the verification takes days. So all that time you have to keep waiting your payment to be processed. 0 STAR

We are sorry you feel this way. One-time verification is sometimes requested to prevent credit card fraud that is unfortunately quite widespread in crypto and beyond. This is standard practice for us and plenty of other platforms. Many thousands of customers and cards have been verified this way without any issues. The charge does not complete without card verification, meaning if you do not want or are unable to verify your card, the credit card transaction is canceled and no money is taken. They blocked a transaction to myself… but sent my money to a stranger
They blocked a transaction to myself first and then my account, without reason. I had 5238 Euro I could not do anything with.
I was only left with the cash withdrawal process which they never explained how it is really supposed to work. Through the website I was linked me to a Telegram Group. They sent me a whitebit link to use. Once I transferred the money, the telegram group and profile disappeared. I lost everything...

We are sorry you came across these issues. Your account was suspended in March for compliance reasons. We used to offer a cash deposit and withdrawal service via a third party partner company. However, the payment in question made in February 2023 was not made to this company. The company did not operate via Whitebit or any other crypto exchange. They were supposed to receive an internal Advcash transfer from you and give you the cash. Whitebit or any other platform was never involved. According to your screenshot, they told you in the chat that they only operate with cash while you said you are 'chatting to another Telegram account'. We are assuming you found another Telegram account outside the Advcash website (or they found you), and it unfortunately turned out to be a scam account. They gave you a Whitebit (crypto exchange) address to send money to, which you did. We are sorry about these unpleasant complications, but the only thing we can do here is recommend that you contact the police about these scammers and recover your money this way. The exchange company that was actually affiliated with us never used Whitebit or any other crypto intermediaries, it was always a direct Advcash to cash transfer with no issues for our users whatsoever. We hope you will be able to resolve this, and sorry again.
