Advcash (*CLOSED*) 

I am new to Advcash and was testing how things work. I started by funding a small amount to ensure it would work but when I moved to add a larger amount the system wouldn't accept my card that I had used for the first one. I let them know and they had someone reach out quickly and they kept me informed while they fixed the issue which also happened within the day. Things happen but professionalism can keep it from becoming a real problem.

They don't allow withdrawal your money is forever stucked in there

The system was very useful and stable. Unfortunately right now we cannot continue using it as SEPA deposits are turned off as well as deposits from corporate card. So our using the system is disabled and impossible right now.

getting verificatedis a big trouble
they reject utility bills for silly reasons and even after u provide everything they need they start request additional things (not mentioned in their website) in order to make it harder and harder for you to request their adv card. therefore i doubt this card even exist and they promote it just for promoting their services.

I really like Advcash. I used it several times to transfer money from Binance to my bank account.

I am currently considering whether to apply for an Advcash Mastercard.

I wanted to transfer my money from my AdvCash account to my bank account. Their website suggested using SEPA as this would incur a flat rate £4.42 fee. I received approx £25 less than I expected (meant the total cost of getting my money was approx £30). When I contacted them they said it was bank charges and they have no responsibility for these. I claimed they have responsibility to warn their customers that we will likely incur bank charges too. Nearly 10% of the money being moved was lost in charges. Had I known I would have chosen a different option. They keep saying they are not responsible for the bank fees and I actually agree but what I am saying, and they do not seem to be able to admit to, is they should warn their customers there could be other fees and not mislead us with the amount they say we will be credited when they know it will likely be less.
