Data Harvesting Site!
Ticketmaster Resale directed me to this organisation - it's a third party that facilitates sale of a surplus concert ticket.
The information to enrol is far beyond what one would expect - date of birth, license number, home address, phone number, bank account details including a bank document less than 12 months old - all the hallmarks of an information harvesting site.
Here's what they want......
Seller Account Verification Hi xxxx, When you list tickets on Ticketmaster, our payment provider (Adyen) perform checks to authenticate the information provided at the time of listing. Unfortunately they were unable to verify your account with the information supplied and have asked for some additional documents. Providing your Documents To ensure we have your correct details we need you to login to Your Account, and click "Edit" in either the "Seller Personal Information" or "Bank Account Detail" sections to be taken to Adyen's Hosted Onboarding Page to upload the required document(s). You may be asked for: A clear scan or photo of a bank statement or letter This should show the account holder name, billing address, sort code and account number, and should match your bank details as entered for payment. A scan of valid government issued Photo ID to confirm identity This is to confirm your identity, In line with Adyen's KYC (‘Know Your Customer’) requirements. Don’t forget: - An ID document must be clear (all 4 corners visible & unobstructed) - Make sure your date of birth is correct - The first & last name on your account needs to match your ID document exactly - If you’ve been asked for a bank statement, check that the document matches the bank account you’ve advised for payment. - The bank logo and account holder must be visible as well as the account details Failure to supply the information requested will mean that your listing will not be active and you will not be able to sell your tickets.

No company should work with Adyen. This company extorts confidential data, asks for bank statements, ID photos, etc. Using Vinted is a penalty due to Adyen's stupid rules. Stop further cooperation with these extortionists.
Withholding full refund amount
I ordered a Starlink internet system for an offer odeal of £225.00 and Adyen were the fulfilment company. For various reasons I had to send it back and request a refund.
When they issued the refund they only gave me £100.00 and stated that 'If I had an issue with it then raise a ticket with Starlink. Well given they have a 100% refund policy within 14x days, of course I had an issue with it, so I requested the remaining £125.00.
20x days later and 10x support tickets chasing it, including one reply confirming I was eligible for a full refund, I finally had to threaten them with chasing via the fraud department at my bank and following up with the UK Ombudsman Association. The remaining due refund was then issued within a few hours.
If I was an old person not capable of chasing this so hard I would have given up and they would be making 125.00 illegally.
This is a terrible way of doing business and they are untrustworthy company.
Starlink are no better in terms of support. They didn't help at all and there was no one you could speak to on the phone.
Having everything through support tickets is fine as long as someone actually responds and helps you. They don't care.
They don't accept new businesses
They don't accept new businesses. I tried to apply and they replied saying my business was one of the prohibited businesses on their list. I checked it, and it absolutely isn't. I'm also American but opened a business overseas. I got a reply as if someone didn't even read the message, but automatic. They should just say they don't accept new businesses, but instead I wasted my time and gave them my information. So don't bother if you are a new business, or if you don't already have proof you've made a ton of money.

This company is an absolute joke. I've been waiting on a payment from Ticketmaster.ie via these clowns since mid December when I resold event tickets. I was told I would be receiving payment within 10-12 working days. I've tried the online chat function as there is no way to speak to a human regarding this order. I've checked and re-checked my personal and bank details to make sure they are correct but keep receiving the same message

Allows customers to do two chargebacks on an order and gives the customer their money back, despite us showing Adyen a signed proof of delivery, image of items at the customer's property and tracking showing the items were delivered. Rude Disputes Analyst staff that couldn't care less.

Awaiting payment portal authorisation
Trying to purchase a christmas present for my son. I've checked out twice on the vendor website because it didn't appear my order had gone through the first time.
i've now got two pending transactions (i only need one) awaiting authorisation from Adyen that have been stuck in the system for four days. I'm at a loss to understand why Adyen need to authorise me to spend my own money but so be it.
The items i wanted to purchase have now gone out of stock so i've had to go elsewhere and told the vendor to cancel both orders.
Well done Adyen, you've cost the vendor a sale and i've had to pay £13 over the odds to secure my lads present. you've screwed both of us with your Mickey Mouse performance.

Terrible POS! Unbelievable how this company gathered such a big market share. Paid an order through Fnac. Due to their incompetence I ended up ordering an item twice.
How do you contact them
I have no idea how you are meant to get in contact with Adyen. I have used the payment system for a purchase the company are saying they have not received the order and can’t see any transaction but the money has gone to Adyen… I cannot find anyway to contact them my bank which is the same as there’s also told me to contact them direct…. But their website says I need to deal with the retailer.. but they can’t see any transaction… now I’m stuck between the too. I have no idea where to turn they currently have 300 euros of my money… and I have no order or goods on their way as the company say they have no order !!
A truly ghastly payment provider
A truly ghastly payment provider - as I sell on reverb I am forced to use this Dootch disaster. They claim payments of 1-3 days processing for which I have to pay Reverb a percentage. It has NEVER been within 3 days - if its the weekend they don't pay out - 4 days payment processing time is optimistic 5 days is usual. I don't enjoy running my business to prop up the cashflow of some badly run Dootch so called "tech" firm. Really very poor indeed.
S1F2 Card machines do stop working for hours in busy periods

I've been experiencing significant issues with the S1F2 terminals and despite my best efforts to resolve them, I've had no success. I've tried multiple channels provided by Lightspeed, including reaching out to my account manager and UK regional manager, but unfortunately, I have not received any response yet.
I've spent days attempting to solve these problems through live chat, emails, and calls, but my inquiries seem to be going unanswered. Just today, I was put on hold for nearly 3 hours, and then the call was abruptly ended from their end. All in all, I must have spent about 20 hours trying to establish contact, which is challenging as I cannot afford to leave my current job to dedicate this much time to resolving technical issues with Lightspeed.
Our first weekend using the S1F2 terminals has been chaotic due to the devices freezing and becoming unresponsive, sometimes for hours. Is this a common issue? I'm planning to take a break to visit my family tomorrow, and I had hoped for a solution or at least a callback before my departure, but I haven't been lucky.
If these issues persist and we continue to face these chaotic situations, I may have to consider leaving Lightspeed. I need a reliable service for my business, and currently, this isn't it. 😞

Absolutely horendous payment provider. They will not verify my bank account and release my money. Why? Apparently the name on the account doesn't match what I have entered. Letter for letter, the information is identical.
No POS Deposits for Over Two Weeks
Our POS Service Provider Revel forced us to switch to Ayden. Ayden had a glitch and we have not received any POS deposits in over two weeks with no direct communication from Ayden as to what is going on. Our Service Provide Revel just keeps telling us to wait. Today is Sept 27th or last deposit was received on Sept 12th.
