Ordered aea SF standard over black Friday 2025 and it's faulty, contacted them many times and no reply.

I've had to contact the bank to raise a dispute, still not been able to return rifle or had refund.

I bought the aea SF Compact mid 2025, the rifle operates as it should, all good.

Bought the aea HP rifle late 2024 early 2025 I think, but it was faulty, on that occasion they was really good and accepted the return.

Basically, all could be good, but you could also end up in my situation.

Update - Finally got in contact after nearly 2 months and can return the rifle for full refund. 🙂

Adjusted from negative 1 star to 4 stars as never had any problems with previous orders. ( Just been stressful, thought I was stuck with faulty rifle, lol )

Plus, the 'AEA SF Compact' is so cool. 🙂

Good service and quick delivery

My experience with these guys was some of the worst service I’ve ever had! I order my part on The 26 th of November and I still haven’t received it. Not to mention the 4or 5 emails I’ve sent them only to get the ganeric answer of “we are so far behind we will return your messages as soon as we can”

Gun is damaged from the package the barrel looks like it was dropped multiple times it has huge deep scratches it is covered in rust the wooded stock is cracked there was a machining error due to poor quality control of the products ( I know that’s not their fault entirely but they are responsible for rectifying the issue) however they should inspect the product before they send them out the door clearly they did not do so... They didn’t respond to any emails. Doesn’t fire, no customer service, I’ve since had to buy a new gun from another pcp shop & I'm stuck with a gun that doesn’t work and has multiple flaws Francisco the owner hasn’t had anyone respond to me, I highly do not recommend buying from them. They took over a thousand dollars U.S. and ghosted me.

I had a very good contact with the shop staff once again as I made a second purchase through it which was very helpful. The item was dispatched very quickly and I received my airgun in few days within Europe.

Over a year ago, 24th October 2024, I bought an megalodon at aeaairguns.shop. It was backordered so it got delivered in januari. Beautiful rifle to look at. Pressure gauge showed 150 bars so I decided to hang my compressor to push it to the 310 it was supposed to handle. Nothing happened. Tried a handpump and hooked up another pcp rifle on which the compressor worked perfectly. Contacted customer service and shipped it back to Spain. It returned to me approximately 8 weeks later. Still the pressure gauge showed nothing else then the 150 bars. Contacted customer service once again. Via mail received the answer that mine happened to be equipped with a regulator with was set to 150 bars. Got instructions (there is NO decent manual for any of their rifles!) how to turn it up and it finally showed the pressure I expected. It didn't matter it was now unregulated as I wanted it to go full power. Took it to the rifle range and shot several times. Way low output. As I found online this could be caused by the decocking lever I unscrewed it. Finally it shot full power, less than a magazine in the weapon completely locked up. Went back home and tried to find out what exactly locked in place. Unfortunately I couldn't resolve so contacted customer service once again. Returned the rifle again and in three weeks I finally got an offer to replace the rifle or to receive a coupon. I opted for a replacement. I received a notification for a newly placed order and saw it also was backordered. I contacted once again and received a response it was going to take another 4 months. Now we'll over 7 months in there's still no replacement and communication went completely silent. I gave them another two weeks to replace or refund and they still did not answer. As of now I'm in contact with th European Consumer Centre for aid and if they do not respond to them I will file for a European Small Claims procedure.
