Very impressed with the professional service I recieved. I was kept informed of the progress of my order and they did everything possible to ensure it was delivered in time for my training session. I will be using them again for all future orders.

I have dealt with this company on numerous occasions and every time I have been more than satisfied. My first point of contact was Susan. This lady is polite, knowledgable and eager to please. The prices are excellent and the delivery was prompt. I can't praise the overall service enough.

Defibrillator Purchase
Before I placed my order, I was made aware that the particular model I wanted was out of stock.
I was given the opportunity to order different models, but decided to wait for the Zoll AED plus that I was familiar with.
Delivery was within two working days of the items coming back into stock - although a weekend did get in the way.
Great communication throughout, and a very pleasant experience from start to finish.... Many thanks to Susan and the team at AED Expert.
