The 1 Star Bad rating is because of customer service. I am perfectly happy with the speed - I regularly get over 15Mbps which is good for my area of Spain. My complaint is that management have refused to answer several emails I have sent since I discovered they had blocked my account (withheld the service) for 13 months, because my bank did not process one standing order (in July 2020) but they continued to take my monthly fee. (I had not been to the property during this time because of Covid restrictions - but it meant I could not monitor my security cameras.) I wrote to complain and claimed €325 on the basis that they had not provided the contracted service, but they refuse to answer my email. I have spoken to the customer service helpline who were very polite and understanding. However, all they could say was that management refuse to answer my email or discuss the claim. This is an utterly appalling attitude - disgraceful business practice. Judging by other comments about problems of getting deposits back, I regret signing up with Aeromax.

Dreadful service
Changed from Aeromax a couple of months ago and have left leaving a review until I felt happy with new provider.
We were with aeromax for 5 years as we only needed it intermittently and it was slow but ok. Once we needed it more regularly we realised how slow and inefficient it is. The internet download reduced to zero or 0.7 for over a few months. They eventually sent an engineer who replaced a part ! Worked for all of an afternoon. 4 weeks later after numerous phone calls and emails. I had had enough! The customer service is appalling. Only once did we get the promised call back. I gave them many opportunities to put things right and I was extremely patient.
Now they want us to return their out of date equipment by post at a cost of 18 euros to a post box or arrange collection at 40 euros. This is to get my 80 euro deposit back. I asked could I bring it back personally and the give me my deposit at the same time. Of course their answer was no! Do I trust that they will return my deposit - absolutely not based on other reviews. I have always left positive reviews and for other companies. This is my first negative so shows my frustrations.

Unfortunately, I can not review with ZERO star, a very bad experience with this chaotic company. There is no chance to get the deposit, I agree with most reviews concerning service and customer relations.

I had an account with Aeromax for over two years as they were the only ones who could provide me with a decent projected Internet Speed. The service was up and down, but I persisted with it as when it was working I could get a decent speed. However, the customer service department is totally ineffective and they even resort to lying. On a number of occasions they told me that a problem had been fixed, and that I had agreed that the problem had been fixed, but this was patently untrue. They are so honest that they have set their email server to block inbound emails from my personal email account, they continuously disconnect me when calling by telephone, yet at no time have I been abusive or rude, just persistent, which they are unable to deal with. I have now been waiting since February for an engineer to collect the equipment and effect a refund of the deposit. 'Not Happening' They are thieves and scoundrels, and I would advise against ever dealing with them.
Worst provider I ever had in my life
Worst provider I ever had in my life. Gave them 5 months to get the Internet stable, but every week (sometimes everyday) there was a stability or speed issue. They don't work in the evening nor the weekend, so if your Internet goes bad on friday 18:01 you have to wait till monday 9:00 to have it sorted out. It's just one big mess there, technical and service. I switched now and I hope I get my deposit back, for what I've been reading that is a real struggle too. Stay away from this company!
Not worthy of one star
Not worthy of one star. This company will charge you for any problem which arises with their equipment. It is never their fault. They have just charged me 120 Euros for a faulty antenna on the roof. They blamed it on an alleged "power surge". No such power surge could occur as we had disconnected all electrical equipment before we returned to our home in Ireland. The "aeromax technician" could not answer my questions when I quiered him. How can it be possible to have a power surge when NO power exists? As an electrical engineer I can safely say that this company will charge you for any problem which can arise with THEIR equipment. I intend to request the services of the Spanish Ombudsman to investigate this issue as this company really require to be made answerable for their fraudulent activities. Be warned!

Be very cautious
Started off kind of ok, providing on average 5-10MB/s on a 15MB/s connection, but it was fairly consistent. So, rubbish but reliable. These days getting 0.25-3.0 on tests but in reality less. Customer service is non existent these days. Comments disabled on Facebook. All in all, not looking good for the future of this company.

They only get one star as there is no option to leave zero. Singularly the worst experience I have ever had with any Internet provider since the Internet was available domestically. I paid for a 100 Mb/ second service and in general receives no more than 15 Mb per second and despite 50+ complaints it was never resolved. Absolutely terrible customer service. This company do not give a damn about their clients and deserve to lose business to more honourable companies of which there are many. Never use this company you have been warned. Fortunately there are now far better companies serving the area who look after their customers, or attentive to their needs and provide the service promised.

No internet again after two days out in 6th & 7th June today nothing (24th June) no answers on phone or email. Good service and all this for 36 euros a month
Avoid aeromax at all costs
This is a message to any people who want a reliable internet provider in this region of Spain. Avoid this company at all costs, they have no customer service and never ever sort out an issue. No call centre over weekends have someone on messenger who say the same thing (it is referred toechnical). En do not give an update. Since February had five outages three are all day and this weekend have nothing at all since late Friday.
Asked for manager will not give it due to privacy policy, person will not update what the actual issue is. On 19th May had same thing out all day resolved at 10.30 in the evening. Again I am an unhappy customer but will always be fair and honest if service is what it should be. You will be sorry if you start wi them, we paid a lot of money for dish and installation.

Personally I would give this company a miss. They talk a good story but I found that my internet was very hit and miss and the back up service is poor.
When I finally decided to terminate my contract it took me over a year to get my deposit (for hardware that I returned) back. I threatened legal action but this proved difficult as they told me that “they don’t have an office where paperwork can be served” !!
Bottom line - find a different company!

As most of the time the connection is well enough, problems arise when there's an outage. Incidents happen, and networks fail. That is a fact of life.
The main probem I have with Aeromax is the lack of communication about any outage (the cause, the expectations, the resolution). If you report an issue you only hear back when it's solved. No intermediate communication, what makes you wonder if anything is happening in the mean time. So they violate some basic rules of service management.
And, Aeromax, it would be sooooo simple and cheap to improve it. This is much more worth then all the marketing efforts you make. One negative reaction kills a 100 good ones. Think of that
