Customer service is very good but ……

Customer service is outstanding
I was not keen on the pillows I bought as I found them too light and airy
I told Aeyla and they offered a full or partial refund or to send me out different pillows which are firmer
I am awaiting these to arrive and am very happy with this level of service

Aeyla advertising is misleading

I ordered four pillows earlier this week after seeing numerous adverts suggesting Aeyla had a warehouse full of pillows ready to go. However, I have now received two emails suggesting that the pillows will not be dispatched before 05 May. After reading the many horror stories on here of people waiting for their orders, I have requested a full and immediate refund.

Due to very high demand, the stock we receive often sells through quickly before the next replenishment arrives. At the same time, we’ve recently been going through a major website migration from Shopify to Shopify Plus, alongside moving to a new fulfilment centre. During this transition, some product page information, including processing timeframes, has not displayed as clearly as it should have.

We want to reassure you that there was never any intention to mislead customers, and we’re sorry for any confusion this caused.

No more neck pain

I’ve been struggling for many months with severe neck pain, achy shoulders and back ache at night until I purchased my dual pillow from Aeyla, I have to say it’s absolutely wonderful, from the very first night all my pain disappeared and I’m able to get a good night’s sleep now. I would highly recommend this pillow and Aeyla.

False claims

Yes they are soft in fact to soft . Yes you do sink into it . Left with head when lying on my side with around 10-20mm of filling from the mattress and ended up with worse neck pain and shoulder pain than when I got the dual pillow . Contacted customer support after two nights sleep and no more .
Update after contacting customer support they have been great and very fair so 10/10 for that. Just the product is not for me sorry

I'm still waiting for my pillow

I'm still waiting for my pillow. Like others say, they advertised everywhere, take your money, then email to say ling delays. This is not good practice. It's alot of money to take and then not deliver.

However after contacting them I received a response within minutes and they have issued a full refund without any issues.

Cotton Cover is too noisy

I waited a while for them to arrive and yes they are lovely soft pillows but the cotton cover is too crackly so I can not use them. It is like sleeping on a paper bag!
I wish I had kept the packaging and returned them as now I have 2 pillows I can not use

I have contacted Aeyla now and we have resolved the issue

Worst pillow I’ve ever bought

Worst pillow I’ve ever bought. For all the marketing about a rigorous testing process to ensure a quality product, and using that as a reason why you have to wait so long to get it, I expected a pillow that was going to do what was advertised. No support at all, feels like there was no pillow under head. Very disappointed. Thankfully getting a full refund which hopefully will be received quicker than the pillow.

In response to the reply: pillow support is personal but this is no excuse for the poorly made pillow I received. You imply that someone else may have been happy. My husband also tried it and said there was no support. Something has gone wrong in manufacturing. There is no support in the pillow I was sent that’s a fact, nothing to do with my personal preference.

Perimenopause must have

I don’t usually post but feel I need to let everyone know how good these pillows are. I’m nearly 50, perimenopausal who types a lot at work. My shoulders were wrecked. Had to go for regular massages. Tossed and turned all night and woke up feeling like I’d been dropped out a second floor window. But between this pillow and taking magnesium I sleep like right through n wake up with no pain. Even my massage girl tells me there is a big difference in my shoulders n back.

Disappointed

Disappointed, I placed an order for a pillow due to the decent product reviews online.
Only to receive an email the following day stating delivery will take four weeks. There was no mention of the delay or lack of stock at point of purchase on the website.
This kind of delay should be made clear before completing purchase, leaving the customer to make a decision on whether it is an acceptable amount of time to wait. Money was taken at point of order.
Now I’m considering cancelling my order and purchasing from a different company that can fulfil my order in a more acceptable timeframe.
Just be honest and upfront with these issues please. It makes the customer experience much better.
