Great solution

Great solution
I’m so shocked these pillows have actually helped. With endless Chiropractor appointments to release my seized neck nothing has helped until now. I bought 4 making them less than £38 per pillow and they are super. I can actually look over my right shoulder whilst driving rather than turning my whole body. I’m really chuffed and would highly recommend these lovely supportive pillows.

Ive been waiting for my pillow for over…

Ive been waiting for my pillow for over 2 months they said its due to no stock left but still took my money i wrote to them saying a was unhappy, they said it would be here 9th April its now the 14th and still no pillow I would not buy from them again

Comfort personified

My order was delivered within a few days which after reading some reviews surprised me. The pillows themselves are absolutely lovely, so soft & comfortable. Definitely the best pillows I’ve ever bought & wouldnt hesitate to buy again.

Excellent customer service

I placed an order for some pillows expecting delivery within a week, however, I was then told that delivery would be in approximately 4 weeks - when we would be on holiday. I emailed to cancel my order and received a reply within hours, confirming the cancellation and a full refund. I will definitely place an order in the future. If their products are as good as their service then I will be a very happy customer.

Great pillow

So disappointing

Waited over 3 weeks for delivery and was hoping they would be worth the wait. So disappointed in these pillows. I had simba pillows before and they were great but needed replacing and these sounded amazing...to wake up with no neck pain. I have not had a decent sleep since buying them. My husband feels the same. They do feel quite luxurious, but i feel no neck support and cant get comfortable lying on these. We are both side sleepers. UPDATE. I e mailed Aeyla and their customer service was excellent, so I cant fault them. Issue resolved, the pillows were just not suitable for me.

It was well worth the wait to receive…

It was well worth the wait to receive my pillow. I’ve suffered for years with neck and shoulder pain. Have tried all sorts of different pillows and nothing helped the pain. The Aeyla pillow HAS helped and I’m so happy. I don’t wake up in the night with a sore neck.

Buyer beware this company charges express delivery advises your order is being processed for shipment then a day later advises due to their extreme popularity your order will now be 4 weeks you can get comparable products next day on Amazon

Best pillows by far

Best pillows by far. I have tried many pillows and I’m very particular about them. These are the best, I’m a side sleeper and I’m perfect. I have not woken up with a stiff neck since purchasing these. I had to buy more after my daughter stayed and took them home with her.

Best pillows for bad sleepers

I bought my pillows in November , I dithered about 6 months considering mainly because they are expensive , but I can honestly say they are worth every penny and some , I used to survive in 3 or 4 hours of broken sleep , but now I don’t wake during the night , zero neck pain in the morning , wake refreshed .

Bit disappointed

I ordered a dual pillow in January and it did take quite a few weeks to arrive but the customer care was excellent - kept me up to date or offered a refund.
Pillow finally arrived and I was delighted with it at first but unfortunately have had to stop using it as instead of helping avoid a sore neck or shoulder, since I have started using it, I have suffered from both.
Not saying the pillow caused it as it may be coincidental but have had to go back to my tempura pillow which is helping.
Really disappointed as the pillow feels really comfortable but no use to me. Have given it to my husband who likes it so far!

Satisfactory Conclusion ept upto date

Kept upto date, & when the pillow was taking a long time to be delivered, they answered my concerns quickly.
This duel pillow is extremely soft, not at all as firm a pillow as I need.
Contacted Aeyla, & they were understanding, in the end we reached a satisfactory conclusion to the problem, that we were both happy with.
If you Like your pillows very soft then this is for you.

First impressions excellent

Yes, I had to wait almost three weeks but I was warned about the long wait when I ordered. It arrived yesterday. It seems very well made and of good quality. Last night was a good test for it. Mondays are choir rehearsal nights. I usually arrive home just before ten and always struggle to get off to sleep as I feel a bit hyped. Last night was very different. My head hit the pillow and it felt so comfortable and I went straight off to sleep. I had an excellent night's sleep and woke this morning without the usual neck discomfort. Time will tell of course, but my first impression is extremely favourable. I will post another review in a few weeks. But, I am looking forward to going to bed tonight.
