I placed an order for a mirror at the beginning of February and selected a delivery date. The delivery date was missed and further date arranged. The day before the delivery I received an email to say that it had been dispatched and then on the day of delivery I received a further email telling the product had gone out of stock. The same email showed that the product had been discontinued. I requested a full refund. Surprisingly this hasn't happened. The only way you can get any response is via the chat saying you would like to place a new order. I was given an email address for refunds but again no response. I have used this company before and despite one missed delivery date all the items did arrive, however, I will not be using them again.

Ordered a towel rail element, with delivery on a nominated day a week later. I was contacted immediately afterwards to say that the item was out of stock and I was offered alternatives via email. Reading the reviews this seems commonplace… A alternative was agreed, along with the delivery date 4 days later, via web chat. As the delivery needed to be signed for, I needed to be at home during the week. Item didn’t turn up, and still hasn’t turned up 3 weeks after the initial order. There hasn’t been any webchat agents available for 2 weeks and they have not responded to the email contact form. There is no phone contact. It’s clear they over state delivery timeframes so don’t expect your order within a month or ever. It is also clear they avoid responding if they don’t have any update to give. I have now had to rearrange my installation 3 times with the heating engineer, so unlikely they will return in future for other work. I will now contact my credit card provider.

Do not use this company if you want a refund. They will not give it to you. I returned a vanity unit in December , they confirmed they received it and said refund would be made by 18th January. I have received nothing, I have taken them to court, as they have not replied at all and I'am out of pocket by £365.00

No contact, no response. Took money and ran without delivering radiator. Avoid company. Bad bad people.

Terrible company and service. I have had 3 failed delivery slots arranged. After the third, I contacted them again and they said a number of orders hadn't been delivered and they were investigating. They would email the outcome of the investigation. That was over a week ago and so far nothing. Trying to contact them again through live chat and can't get past the bot to speak with anyone. Luckily no money has left my bank due to raising a problem through klarna. Trying to cancel this order to go elsewhere as I've been waiting over 5 weeks already and I doubt anything will ever turn up. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give them zero stars I would!
They have missed two delivery dates and they are impossible to get hold of.
They don't respond to customer emails within the timeframe they state on their website and their chat bot is useless.
The only way to cancel your order is to speak with them via live chat but no one is ever available. Contacting my bank and reporting to trading standards

This company did not deliver they took payment in full and never sent anything at all it's a fraudulent outfit please nobody shop here and if you want your money back go to your bank they can do it for you don't let them get away with this

My wife ordered a radiator before Xmas, in good faith, paying the full price. It never arrived. It has reached the point where a refund has been agreed. This has not been received and we have lost all faith with the company. We are considering legal action.

Honest review!

Two delivery slots missed now over a period of three weeks. Contact with the company is useless with only live chat with a bot to then have your emails ignored. Website and pricing is good but if you’re not actually receiving the product it’s kind of irrelevant.
I stupidly didn’t review the company before I placed the order but can now say, trust the negative reviews!

Affordable rads contacted me via here, for confirmation of my order number to prove my review is valid... but still yet to refund my rads and valves from November. Still no response to my comms and request on update as per Klarnas instructions. Are they going bust to not be issuing refunds?

Update: Klarna are looking into them, I've gone to the small claims court and in comms with Watchdog about them...

Avoid at all costs. Have given one star as doesn’t provide the option to give none. My parents ordered items from the site as the next day delivery option was appealing . Items never arrived and it was impossible to make contact , all emails ignored, chat option just takes you back to main site , no refund revived from company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, we don't think a scam but definitely misleading people, a company to be wary of. We placed an order on 26th Dec on line, as it showed all 7 radiators as available, and a delivery date agreed. Couple days later received an email saying ALL 7 rads (different sizes and one different style) were now not available and would be an 8 week delay, and would we accept 10% discount for this wait. I wanted to chat to them to check exactly what the issue was strange all 7 were not available! I would be prepared to wait as it was a design we couldn't find else where. If they would fulfill their promise. Should have been alerted at that point when I couldn't find a phone number and they wouldn't ring me after emailing with my number.
I agreed to wait after they assured me definitely due a delivery by early February. Had to chase for the 10% money back, this they did do so after a long wait, but now realise it was to keep me on the back burner. When February date arrived, I got in touch to see when delivery would be made, fobbed off with another 6 week wait. This was unacceptable so requested my money back ......you've got it.....no response, no contact, no refund. So now having to go through dispute with our credit card company. Thank goodness we used that. They are still misleading customers, by showing the same radiators as available. Those who have had a good experience must be because they actually have those items in stock. Wished I had read a few more bad reviews before placing my order. Do so with caution.

Avoid this company at all costs! They'll gladly take your money but fail to deliver the goods. No contact number for help, and their live chat is useless. My order's been in limbo for weeks without any updates. Thankfully, it wasn't a pricey item, but don't risk it with larger purchases!

Similar experience to others on here, ordered a radiator and booked a delivery that never came, been over a month now and as i can only chase through the chat bot and the contact form on the website I havent been able to speak with anyone, do not use!

Awful services, radiators never turned up. No customer support to talk to. Stay well away from this company

I have been trying to get my mothers money, who is 82 refunded because the company failed to even try to deliver goods twice. I have contacted the refund team by email, the only way I can contact them but after the initial email stating I'd receive the refund on or before the 25th of January I have not had refund or had any response to my emails. And live chat just cut me off when I tried to get it resolved. Order 12800808387.

UPDATE: I have tried to contact them by email but no response. I then tried their live chat, only to be cut off. They have now disabled the live chat from their website so there is no way of contacting them.

It's a shame I have to give 1 star as they don't justify that many.
My £800 delivery was promised for Wednesday 6th March but didn't arrive. I contacted them on their online chat and they told me lots of lies about how I couldn't contact them by phone because their phone lines were down, and that they weren't allowed mobiles in the office because of GDPR. After much persistence, they eventually gave me a phone number which doesn't even exist.
They then promised an update in 24 hours which i still haven't received 4 days later.
This company is a hoax. Avoid at all cost. Do not risk purchasing anything from this company as they take your money and don't deliver the goods you have ordered.
Also a word of warning, when placing an order they offer a 5% discount if you pay by BACS. DO NOT DO THIS AS THE BANK CAN'T RECOVER YOUR MONEY IF YOU PAY BY BACS.
