I love the flexibility of this CRM. I have been able to customize my CRM to fit my business needs. The integrations are easy to use and I love the reporting feature. I am able to keep track of each and every task and event that takes place in my business. I am able to see my revenue and see what I need to improve on. I am able to see my hours and see how I can organize my time more efficiently. This is a great tool for SMBs that want to automate their business and create a central view of their work.

What I dislike about the product right now is the learning curve it takes to be able to fully configure everything so that it is customized to fit my business needs. However, there's plenty of knowledge base available to be able to learn quickly the platform and the plenty features it offers as an all in one tool.

With Agile, I can easily manage my clients, projects, tasks, and employees with a single tool that is easy to customize, and I don't need to waste time setting up different tools and applications. The best part is that Agile is so easy to use and customizable after the learning curve. No one should work with a complicated tool when you can use a simple one like Agile.

I am a one-person publishing company, and I've been looking for a CRM/PM all-in-one system that allows me to keep tabs on all elements of my project tracking and invoicing/financing. I've only just started and I can see how powerful Agiled is. I can't wait to continue customizing it and following the features as the app (and my business) grow.

I've been trying out a lot (I mean it when I say a lot) of the CRM + PM tools in past couple of months. Suitedash, Plutio, Flowlu, Deskera, Quickbooks, HubSpot, Bitrix24, OneHash, ClientJoy, Officio.work, etc. to name a few. They all are good and that's about it. Every tool, in spite of calling it an All-in-one tool, miss out on some really really basic features to include, let alone everything really!

So far Agiled & Plutio has been the only two to have maximum features, of which Agiled is cost effective than Plutio specially if you want White-Label capabilities.
I'm being honest, this tool isn't perfect, but hoping it will reach the stage, looking at the rate at which updates keep rolling on Agiled. Yet it manages to cover most of the features to run a business. White-label and maintaining your own branding adds value to run this tool! 5 tacos from my end for sure.

Having tried so many CRM platforms, I'm ready to carry out alpha testing & offer my views to anyone who is creating a new All-in-One Business tool, to make a streamlined roadmap for their product.

I have been looking for a solid CRM to do as many of the things as possible. This one does ALL the stuff from document signing, managing workflows like project management, paying contractors, integrations, integrations, integrations!! I am having fun getting this new platform set up as we speak! Already have my assistant learning and growing with me! Life changer. Hard stop. :D

An excellent all-in-one software that replaces many other subscriptions, saving me both money and time.

It includes CRM, HRM, time-tracker, billing/invoicing, task-management (with milestones and other advanced features), and many other features - even has a page builder (not used it yet, though).

I was able to cancel several subscriptions as a result of switching to Agiled (vCita, Toggl, my CRM service).

Very intuitive, easy to use.

I'm impressed with Agiled! I've used a variety of similar tools over the years, but none have been as comprehensive.

As a designer, I wasn't initially thrilled with the UI/UX design, but after digging in I found the design is very customizable - even allowing you to have different looks for each type of user: admin, team member, and client.

The thing that really grabbed by attention with this app - and what sets it apart from others - are the numerous integrations already available. I use Zoho Books for my accounting. With other project management / business apps, they assume you are only using their product, so having to replicate invoices in Zoho Books was an added step with every project. Agiled's API connects directly with Zoho Books, saving me time.

While there are a ton of features you can use to manage your entire business, it also scales for smaller businesses like mine. I have the option to disable features I don't need...and easily re-enable them down the road if my needs change.

I also appreciate the fact that they offer white label. It is easy to brand and make it your own.

I've been looking for a comprehensive back-end management system with CRM, scheduling, emailing, and forms, and this definitely include all I need (and beyond). It seems they are really working on continuously improving the system with more upgrades, which is exciting for the future use of the system as well. Their customer support has also been responsive to my questions. Great deal!

I'm amazed by the depth of features that comes with this product. Each feature is well crafted and uniquely covers the persona. I'm a marketer and their CRM & Billing engine saved me a tonne of work and money. I switched to Agiled from a well-known product and trust me, others need to learn from them. I'm looking forward to more integration but I'm already overwhelmed.

Am enjoying Agiled so far. I think its best suited for small businesses with staff members, however I am enjoying as a single user. I'm yet to fully explore the HR side of the platform due to this, but am planning to use it when I hire my first employee.

Right now I have been using Agiled for task management and invoicing. I am excited for the upcoming basic accounting features as I think that will help with getting things organised, as I get income from a lot of different sources so its good to to be able to track it in one place moving forward.

Agiled has everything to help run my business smoothly. It's so easy to use and the functionality is amazing. I would highly recommend Agiled to any business owner (And actually, I already have).

I absolutely LOVE how many features it combines into one platform, and it's so easy to use!

I can tell that when it is more polished it will be very robust, but in the meantime there are just lots of features still missing (some say "coming soon") and little bugs to be worked out, so it's not quite there yet.

Some examples are no imap email or zoom integrations. When I went to edit a time log by 15 minutes it suddenly jumped to a total logged time of 48 hours. (Also no ability to manually add time for projects I started working on before downloading or things I forgot to start a timer for.)

Having said that, I still think it's great value for the price, and will be fantastic in the future once all the features are implemented and kinks worked out.

2024 Update:
Unfortunately, shortly after writing the initial review, I stopped using Agiled after putting 110% into implementation. My firm returned to using Suitedash (still waiting for a better solution). Agiled just couldn't get its features to work consistently. I couldn't trust the platform to do what the company intended.

I was desperate for an alternative to SuiteDash. While SuiteDash was not a bad tool it did not offer a robust time tracking and employee/consultant payment feature to simplify payroll and related tasks. Agiled has allowed our consultancy to fast-track our growth plan to add more team members.

This product is absolutely smooth and truly all in one. Integretion with SendFox, Asana, Quickbooks, Zoom got my highest pair.
I was able to import my projects from asana so easily including my team contact informations seamlessly. Now I can manage all my tasks, dependencies, and milestones all on one dashboard just like Asana. Don't need to pay monthly anymore.
I still need to test my workflows automations.
As a consultant and web development startup this is like own domain. I will contact the developer to couple features since they already have the set up and wont take much time to add those features.

I’ve been looking for a full business mgmt tool that can keep the various departments of my business organized in one platform and reduce my martech stack. As I assessed Agiled, I’ve learned that this is the solution I’ve been looking for all along, especially with the continuous new updates! The fact that HR, PM, Fin Mgmt, and CRM are all here plus solid integrations enables a streamlining of workflow processes for my business!

With Agiled, it is easy to keep all the documents organized in the same platform, this avoids confusion.
The tools to keep track of employees and clients, track efforts against clients, added with marketing and to manage projects, is valuable.
While we are taking some time to adapt to the flow and interface. I would like to commend the application for its intuitiveness. I would like to highlight the possibilities of recording the activities of individual team members, which is always available to the customer throughout the entire history of communications, regardless of who and where it was initiated.
I would recommend Agiled especially for businesses that have a sales team in the field and simultaneously solve a number of ongoing projects in which other teams and sub groups are required to participate.

Agiled CRM is featured rich, powerful and user friendly.
The developers listen to us as users and their price point makes it a no-brainer.

I can tell this software will become a household name!

Having used several other business management tools we've settled on Agiled.

This single app handles so many aspects of a business that it's probably not being put to full use by most users....

....we currently only use the 'CRM', 'Invoicing', 'Online Payments', and 'Client Portal' under the included 'White Label' feature for our own branding, but there are so many other features including:-

Appointment Scheduling Calendar
Proposals
Project Management
Employee Portal

I couldnt be happier with agiled, as a small business owner it gives me everything i need to manage client into and their individual projects.

So I have had a chance to look around a bit and what I am seeing is fantastic so far. I actually enjoyed setting up my business and even customizing the themes colors. This tool has so much to offer, if you have bought a ton of software like I have you may be able to shelf some of them, and consolidate it all into agiled!

This can work great for teams, or for freelancers managing a lot of projects and trying to track and balance it all. The more you play with this and use it the more potential I can see it having. This is your new intranet or management hub for your business!

Love this app and everything that it helps me do in my business. From CRM, to files, to proposals, contracts, time tracking, employee management and more.

It is intuitive to set up and use and makes my life a lot easier and I get more done in a day than I have with any other app.

It already has most every feature you could want in a business app it will be interesting to see what they add in the future. And support is quick and helpful. This is always a plus
