I like the app and currently using it... Before that I was using DESKERA... But this I must say far better than other SAAS products.

Easy to use and best support !

It's a great tool for small businesses. You can manage all your business needs in one platform.

Overall I am having a great experience with Agiled . I have been using its features such as invoice generation, information collection(via forms), project management, Proposal sending (the feature i use the most) and I am impressed by this fantastic tool. Speed is a bit of concern. But the team has said, they are already working on enhancing the performance. The automation part and white labelling are cherry in the cake. Also the support team has said ability to customize the menu (inside the agiled dashboard) is coming soon which I am eagerly waiting for.

Agiled has really helped us streamline our business so that we can deliver faster and better to our customers. And manage our projects and remote teams smoother. A brilliant platform to unify your processes and business needs.

I run a solo service-based practice. Over the years, I've been trying to use a mish-mash of different software to do all the things a business owner has to do: manage leads, manage projects, keep track of tasks, add one-off tasks, reminder, accounting. I wanted a. software that does all of that under one roof, and Agiled is exactly that. Lead management and nurturing, project management, accounting, basic payroll, workflow automations. In just a few hours of use, I felt comfortable cancelling another software that I pay $50 a month for.

Agiled's tagline says exactly what it does for me, i.e., "Manage All Of Your Business In One Place". I can;
-Create and track prospects/clients,
-Send proposals,
-Create projects/tasks and monitor them,
Track time per project and task
-Create invoices, send payment notices, (track payments)
-Get a basic overview of my finances (income/expenses)
-Store all my useful business documents in one place,
-and more.

Jumping from prospecting right into invoicing was never easier. Aglied brings so many functions of a customer journey into one place and does it so seamlessly.

I found Agiled after using another client management platform. However that platform was plagued with bugs and the overall platform wasn’t that usable. Coming to this platform, I was a bit skeptical. However, they’ve far exceeded my needs and I’m excited to be one of their customers.

This really is an All in One Tool.

With so many features to navigate it can get a bit overwhelming but I'm not complaining.
The software is regularly updated and the owners are very responsive to suggestions and changes.

Does the job and does it Nicely.
CRM Should not be an underrated term and this tool completely kills it with features. Must have for small businesses.

This is fairly new CRM app compared to other matured CRM online applications. However, I liked the simplicity of the dashboard and overall ease-of-use.

Great Software.

Pros:
- HRM and payroll is good (but only for contractors). In Australia have to use STP so cant use it for employees.
- Full business tools with all the features. From accounting, t0o project management.

What i would like to see.
- I think they need better ui for project management.
- Ability to disable HRM for certain employees
- Better team integration

We have just purchased Agiled and very excited to see it in action because it packs the same kind of punch and even greater than some of the leaders in CRM like Hubspot and Infusionsoft with some features being even more innovative. I like the transparency of their workflow that they share with us and their innovative approach where they are constantly upgrading the system to include new features. They are proactive company from the looks of things. Now the proof is in the pudding.

This software delivers on its promise. The app is very easy to use and customize and it has everything you need to manage and sync your business workflow which is KEY for any successful business. I appreciate the attention to detail on things like linking a form to an action (create a client, create a lead, etc.) Very well done!

I have searched high and low for the perfect tool to help me run my business. Organized and easy to use.

And I've tried many. In fact, I've needed multiple tools to even get close to what Agiled does. But none, even combined, does what Agiled does so conveniently. It's easy to use, their customer service is second to none, and it helps me keep everything organized.

It even has a time tracker and a pipeline, so not only can I move people through my sales process, I can then integrate them right into which product or service they purchased, and pass them off to whoever will be working on them!

Agiled has lessened my stress of running multiple companies so much it's crazy.

Agiled has many features from CRM to finance to project management tools. I have been using it mostly for their project management tools. The interface is not always very intuitive but I can easily add tasks and add kanban boards. However their gantt chart is a bit cumbersome. The viewing and scrolling cannot always fit all the tasks (there’s no zom) on one screen which makes it difficult to see the “big picture”. Their task table is the main center for adding and editing tasks. The task board is a kanban view of their tasks but I found it doesn’t always show all my tasks under each project.
It is convenient to have all my tools under one app. My contacts and projects can be together which is very helpful and prevents confusion, however I will need to wait until all the bugs are removed before I can fully utilize their platform. With all the features they have, it would be so powerful to be able to do everything for my business under Agiled.

We were looking for a platform where we could manage our projects, our customers, our finances, our pipelines and our business! Well we finally found it all-in one with Agiled.

Easy to use and have a promising roadmap with a lot of new features coming soon. The Wordpress and Woocommerce integration are going to be very useful 😉

The white-label option is awesome for our customers and our business model.

Like any other CRM, you have to take time to familiarize yourself with all the features.

I was wondering if the pipeline would be added in the action or trigger of the automation.

Agiled is a fantastic solution to manage your business having most of the features in single dashboard. It offers white-labelled solution also.

I have been putting the CRM features through its paces, and I'm impressed. The system obviously has some build-out that needs to be accomplished, but I am confident that the team working on this software is going to get it where it needs to be in order to be competitive in the space. I have paid a lot more for a lot less functionality. Customer service has been responsive, friendly, and helpful. I see a lot of potential and I'm glad I have jumped onto the platform at this time.
