Let us firstly say that your complaints are extremely inappropriate as well as offensive with regards to our behaviour and the speedy support you received to solve the problem to the machine delivered. In no case and in no sentence on the website we are stating that customer receives the parcel at a certain day. International couriers can have delays in transferring parcels in their depots and arranging deliveries but it goes beyond our responsibility. Apart from this delay of which we apologized, you received a ride on mower with a burst tyre. From the pictures you sent us with your first message in the assistance ticket the damage wasn’t visible therefore the technician in charge of your assistance ticket, Luigi, kindly asked you to send more pictures showing the damage. Luigi has never asked to replace the wheel by yourself but since you had a flight in the following days, he proposed to get it repaired from a trusted mechanic to speed up the resolution of the problem. We would warmly remind you that you purchased the machine online, and not from a local shop with local support. Despite this, in only 1 day, Luigi and a Portuguese speaking operator succeeded in finding a local tyre specialist who could fix the tyre and the following business day you had it repaired (moreover, even though we do not have a Portuguese website we are also able to provide support in Portuguese, I wonder how many e-commerce companies you know that can offer this service when needed). Therefore, Mr. Watkins, this is totally unacceptable that you continue to argue and insult our operator and customer service. We would warmly invite you to read again the written assistance ticket and please avoid discrediting the operators who provided you with all the possible assistance within the deadline you asked.

We regret a lot for this inconvenience. Once you singalled us that the lance was missing in the parcel, we immediately asked for a replacing one to the manufacturing company. Unfortunately, every producer has it own waiting times. Once you got the lance, you signalled us that a connector was missing and we immediately checked with the producer. Unfortunately this does not depend on us but on the manufacturing company, but we here to provide you with all assistance to guarantee a functioning machine.
As explained in the assistance ticket, since you have bought the connector locally to immediately solve the situation, we are proposing you a discount coupon that you can freely use on our website for future purchases of spare parts or machines. You made a strong statement. You have purchased in our website JUST ONE product that has proven out to have a defect. It is an Italian product, manufactured by one of the most known brands on the market. The problem has been promptly reported to the manufacturing company that has informed us to bring the machine to the nearest assistance centre since their policy is to provide assistance by means of their assistance centres. We regret that your product ad problems, but we can assure you that it is an exceptional case, not a regular one, as the feedback you left could suggest.

Lei da noi ha acquistato UN SOLO prodotto, che ha effettivamente rivelato dei problemi. Si tratta di un prodotto made in Italy e realizzato da uno dei marchi tra i più affermati sul mercato.

Il problema è stato sottoposto all'azienda produttrice e da questa ci è stato detto di invitarla a rivolgersi al centro di assistenza a lei più vicino, perché la loro politica è appunto quella di fornire assistenza attraverso i propri centri autorizzati.

Siamo spiacenti che il suo articolo abbia avuto problemi, ma le possiamo assicurare che si tratta di un caso eccezionale, non della regola, come il commento da lei riportato potrebbe lasciar intendere.
