Product did not work for me, so I asked for a refund. Company said they would issue refund once they received the product; tracking showed it was delivered on the 28th of January. I reached out to the company on February 15th asking if they had processed my refund in which they replied, "We will process your refund shortly, you should receive refund in 5-7 business days." It is now February 28th and I have yet to receive any refund as well as any communications back from the company. If you try calling them, no one answers the phone. On one occasion after emailing company, I received an email in return stating that their mailbox was full, and they could not accept any other emails.
UPDATE: The company responds to my negative review months after I left it 😆🙄 Sis, what is there to resolve now?! I already got my money back, but only after filing a claim through PayPal.
That company can suck it as far as I'm concerned.

The first time I plugged it in it began to make sparkles almost got on fire.

the product doesn't work as advertised. It doest grab hair and curl it round, instead it blows the hair away. Customer service are avoiding sending me return details depite their supposed no quibbles guarantee

Waited almost a month to get it, first minute I tried to use, it fell apart, very cheaply made, like something you get from Walgreens during Christmas. They try to refund you money for inconvenience but when you want to return the item they offer you more money off instead of sending the address. They have not responded to me in two weeks to give me the return address so now I am doing this...:/ Scam Company!

You cannot locate a customer service representative. Their website does not seem to be functioning. This is an extremely cheaply made barely functional tool.

It took 30 days to receive this product. The company offered a 10% discount via refund for my troubles, which never materialized. When I received the product, I tried it and found it to be worthless. I have emailed and called for two weeks to no avail. First response was to offer me 40% discount and keep the product, but after never receiving the 10% refund, I asked for them to send me the return mailing address and to date, I have heard nothing. They charged me the day I ordered, but now I can not get anyone to assist me. TERRIBLE COMPANY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This is a fake website , I ordered but right away canceled ,, is over a month still didn’t get my refund which when I canceled they said I get my money in 3 to 7 days , They don’t even answered my email , when they answer just say we will refund it … this is all fake on them don’t trust them

Took forever to get here. Only because I asked to cancel. Then once I got it the round brush broke. I am going to send it back already asked for a refund. No answer yet. But, I have asked for my bank to look into it for fraud and have a case open now.

A complete scam. I ordered the product on December 31, 2022. I received the product only after e-mailing and asking when will it be delivered. It finally arrived on January 19, 2023. I even paid for "express shipping." It worked for about 15 minutes before it started to short out and smoke was coming out of it. I returned the product. They requested video proof that it didn't work and receipts and a tracking number for returning the product. It cost me over $16 to ship it back to them. I have sent countless e-mails requesting a refund and have received nothing. I have called their “support” number several times and the people are downright rude and keep saying that my refund will be in my account in “5-7 business days”. It has been since February 5 that I’m requesting a refund. I have also filed a complete with the Better Business Bureau but have yet to hear anything back. Please someone find a way to get this site taken down.

Absolute Scam. Within one minute the product fell apart. I have emailed and called. I sent the product back, tracking tells me it was received “this so called company” asks me for receipts , pictures, and tracking number” even though I have emailed this info several times. I am out 180 dollars. I feel like an idiot.

A total Scam. I have not even received the product. I wish I would have found this site sooner. I should have known it was a scam when you could not leave a review on the website. I ordered January 2nd and 2 weeks later received some crappy laser hair removal system which is not even on their site or what I ordered. Through email they seem nice but they have yet to send what I asked for or the refund I have demanded.

False advertising. This is a cheap product knock-off that is a glorified hairdryer. It should not be compared to Dyson or even close. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Per their return policy, I returned the unused product after realizing it would never work from my hair type and after several communications with the company. I had to spend almost $30 just to ship it back and I have heard absolutely nothing since I sent them the copies of the receipt I sent them pictures of the product, which like another reviewer Said they had a literally just slapped a label on the actual box and shipped it to me. I cannot get a return to my emails now I cannot get through on the phone as the mailbox is full. I did not think it was going to go down like this, as they had always answer And politely, but as of right now instead of $150 I am out $180 . I truly hope to get some resolution to this problem.

I am reading these reviews and feel sick that I too got scammed. I’m sick of a country that has ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR SOCIOPATHIC PREDATORS EVERYWHERE. Nothing matters here except screwing nice people out of their hard earned money . This has happened to me more than once and because these people aren’t regulated, need no license / no legitimate address to conduct business they walk.

SCAM - DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their products are JUNK and their refund policy is a LIE. Despite their promise to issue a full refund - their "customer support" emails are kicked back as undeliverable, and the phone number says the mailbox is full.

Awful!!! So upset. I purchased this instead of the Dyson. What piece of cheap junk!!! I can’t believe this company can get away with this. Mine arrived well over a month late, a label slapped on the box. Not even in another box! Opened it and was shocked at how cheaply made it is. I will be emailing and calling until
I get a refund. I’m afraid to even use this cheap junk.

Took a month to arrive. Arrived box open and half items missing. Black cheap plastic looks used. Horrible beware! Do not buy! Scam

5/2 Numerous emails from their "support" stating they did refund me and its my banks fault, I should hit them up for the refund. I asked them to track the actual debit from their bank account, and the response was by bank should have "intervention" whatever that means. I will never receive a refund and I doubt anyone else will. I encourage everyone to file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General, they need to be shut down - Airstyle aka Consulting Rosa LLC in Miami, FL
Go to Sunbiz.org put in Consulting Rosa for a full list of the officers of the company and their address, last operating report and articles of organization, if I find emails I will post those as well....

4/27 UPDATE - no refund, same BS response, cannot show paper trail and they want me to have my bank refund me, apparently the issue is on my side. Same story - common scam.

4/25 UPDATE - Per Support they show a refund issued and it must be MY bank! I'm sure I will never see my $$'s, I encourage everyone to lodge a complaint with the Florida Attorney General

UPDATE - finally recieved an email stating they would refund my $$, still have not recieved refund - BUYER BEWARE they are now branding ULTRASTYLER - same product, same address, different email - This company is a FRAUD!

Ordered Jan 18, 2023, they charged my card, I still have not recieved my product. Will not return voicemails or emails. No one ever answers their customer service line. Contacted BBB and left a complaint Total rip off!!

Cheap box and product is made of plastic. I paid $150 Canadian and feel like it is definitely over valued. I am thinking of trying to return it. Also I wish I researched further as it is available on Amazon for $50 Canadian.
