Product has been used 3 times. It made a popping sound and then the styler was blowing cool air out. Reached out to the company and haven’t heard back. Tried the phone number and the mailbox is full.
PayPal settled in my favor. Hopefully receiving refund in 30 days. Not because of this company, but because I used PayPal.

Cheap Chinese garbage!
For everyone who is considering to order this “Airstyler” don’t be fulled. First of all it took almost 2 month to arrive which clearly means it was coming from China to their “Miami hub”. They do t reply to your emails for weeks and when they do they lie that it was a delay because they have way too many orders etc. And when it finally arrived it’s nothing like pictured. First of all it’s completely black made of cheap uneven plastic. They didn’t even try to make it look as pictured! The box made from cheap carton and the print on it is low quality 2 color ink. Like I never seen anything like this even in 99 cent stores 🤦♀️ end of story just do t waste your time.
