No updates on late delivery

Delivery came 5 hours late and messed up my schedule
No regular updates in terms of estimated arrival time were provided outside of the original 2 hr window
In the US it would be unacceptable

Great Service from Start to Finish.

Excellent service from AIT Home Delivery UK Ltd. They delivered our pergola and the whole experience was spot on.

The delivery team were really friendly, polite and helpful, and they took great care when handling the pergola. Everything arrived safely and they clearly made the effort to make sure nothing was damaged.

Really pleased with the service and would happily recommend them.

The drivers and customer service team…

The drivers and customer service team went far and beyond to get my couch delivered. The vendor greedily over-packed the item making it near impossible to fit through any hallway. Thanks to the team at AIT, we were able to unpack and move the items into the place. Driver Kofi and his mate, kudos to you two

Very reliable company

Very reliable company, my bed was delivered as promised the whole delivery was swift and the staff who delivered where Very helpful and polite. Both guys took care of my package from the van to my home . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this delivery company for the service I received , the whole job was first class, second to none.

Large box left at elderly disable house…

Large box left at elderly disable house not delivery person fault lack of information from Care co asumed, scooter would be assembled or staff would assemble scooter and care company supposed to send adviser on ramps required your delivery staff did their job Care company at FAULT

Really great company to interact with

Really great company to interact with. I had ordered my item from Dunelm and the expected delivery date was not suitable. I called AIT, got through really quickly and they were super helpful in changing the delivery date. I also provided additional instructions on how to find my property, which was also really easy to do
