I had been assured the delivery men…
I had been assured the delivery men would unpack the item (a riser recliner chair) and take it upstairs ready to be assembled. The men didn’t do this and just left the package in the hall. I was also told they would call when they were within an hour of arriving so I could arrange for someone to be three to open my mother’s door. This didn’t happen. I was also assured the delivery men would call me on arrival so that I could explain what was needed and that didn’t happen either.

Tired…
We found that the staff carrying out the delivery were polite and carried the item to the room in which it was required,removed the packaging which they took away.
Delivery was advised as between 7:25 and 9:25.
As my wife and I are elderly we arranged assistance to dismantle and remove the old unit. The area required was cleared by 7:15. Your vehicle arrived at approximately 9:10. Perhaps you could have been a little more accurate with the delivery time.
