Delayed (maybe lost) package from Homary. Furniture was supposed to be delivered last Tuesday... 6 days on, no sign of it and now I am told the one bit of furniture is split between two depots.... Have to always chase for an update despite being promised contact.... Do not understand such positive reviews here.

Complaint: Damage to Wooden Flooring
I’m very disappointed with the way the delivery was handled. The delivery driver scratched and damaged my wooden floor while bringing the delivery in. This is unacceptable, and I expect the matter to be taken seriously. Please let me know how you intend to resolve the damage caused.

The guys were polite enough but did mark a wall slightly whilst carrying upstairs. Wearing wide open boots with laces undone I was just waiting for him to trip up. Packaging slightly damaged which I saw, it was not pointed out to me. Thankfully had not damaged the item inside. Saw them drive off with the next delivery just leaning against the side of the van & not strapped down.

Only problem was the sales person assured us the delivery would take place by 2pm When we received the notification of delivery it was 5.05-7.05pm It arrived at 6.15pm. We accept this was not the delivery companies error.
