I purchased a Samsung appliance and
I purchased a Samsung appliance and, during delivery, the delivery team caused damage to my brand-new flooring.
To be fair, Samsung Support responded promptly and acknowledged the issue. They apologised for the damage and referred me to their courier's claims team, Panther, as the delivery was carried out by them.
However, as the customer, it's disappointing to be passed between companies after damage has been caused to my property. I now have to pursue a separate claims process for something that happened during the delivery of a Samsung order.
I have photographic evidence of the damage and am currently waiting for Panther to investigate and resolve the claim.
I'll happily update this review once the matter has been resolved. I'm hoping both Samsung and Panther will take responsibility and ensure my flooring is repaired or that I receive fair compensation.
At the moment, the customer service has been polite, but the overall experience has been overshadowed by the damage caused during delivery.

Excellent experience, ordered my sofas on the Wednesday, was delivered on the Friday lunch time.
I received a text & email the night before with a 2 hour slot, then the delivery driver called me in the morning to confirm the time.
The guys were amazing, arrived on time & then my sofas wouldn’t fit in my door, so they unboxed everything outside & brought in all in separately. 10/10 service
