Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Your delivery men just put the tv on the floor. I skied them if they would put it up on the chest of draws they said we just deliver ring sky they said . Sky had the same reply. People of my age do understand the Internet I found someone to set it up but he left for 3 weeks to Siri Lanka. I am trying to find someone else to help. I have been in touch quite a lot and, sky has made sure to tell me to let them know when it gets started as MY INSURANCE Wii go up but they did not mention Once that the minute the tv was over my threshold my Q box would be disconnected. I replaced my bedroom tv so now I do not have an any tv at all. When I switch on the glass it keeps saying “Get started”. The only people that have been halpful are Pete”s team. I am trying to find someone and will ring his team for help. His team did try to talk me. Through, but I did understand what to do. I think sky is failing the elderly who have no idea of the things I am 86 the most advanced thing in my day was the electric typewriter. I do hope you at sky DO GET TO READ THIS

No unpacking or packaging taken away
The delivery happened as planned apart from the driver who said he would not unpack my delivery box as stated in your delivery guidance. Your guidelines describe the delivery driver will unpack the delivery and take the packaging away. This did not happen.

Text and email communications were…
Text and email communications were great the night before. My only problem was delivery time was between 12-2pm and I know it said estimate. But the text said they’d ring half an hour before which they didn’t. That meant there was no one in when they wanted to deliver the parcel at 10.30. Had to leave it down the side of the house until I could get back. It was raining heavy and it was a dryer that got delivered.
