Ridiculously early delivery time on a weekend. Drive like maniacs and blare their music from their truck so loud it woke up my neighbours.
Tried ringing me at the crack of dawn to tell me they were on their way… an email or text like all other companies the night before would suffice!

"I paid extra to have it delivered to my bedroom, but the delivery person initially refused to carry it up because my flat does not have a lift —even though I explicitly noted two flights of stairs on the form and there was no lift. Essentially, the delivery person was refusing to deliver my bed. I had to negotiate with him to get it delivered.
Luckily, he did agree to deliver it in the end.
