AJ Bell great customer services

AJ Bell did a great job of my transition to drawdown pension. The whole process was very smooth.
I'm always especially impressed with the ease and speed of contacting an experienced and knowledgeable customer support person over the phone, usually getting through to someone almost immediately.

1st class professional service

Ben was very helpful.

Ben was very helpful.
However I did receive seven reminders to sign my account application which was recd by yourselves by guaranteed next day delivery from Royal Mail.
Yet today after my chat with Ben I received yet another reminder.
Was this because it was not done on line?

Easy to transfer

Easy to transfer, very quick and easy form to fill in. AJ then did all the rest and informed me when transferred, only took about a week and it was cleared to reinvest. Excellent
