The best customer experience . Wait time was non existent, then speaking with a human, Joe who was polite , informed and effective. Really pleased with the experience this morning and an excellent reinforcement of their brand to a person who has just joined the company.

Smooth experience from start to finish
I’ve had a great experience with AJ Bell. Setting up my account was completely straightforward, and the desktop platform and mobile app are both very easy to navigate. Transactions are processed smoothly without any glitches. Whenever I need assistance, the customer support team is polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Their fees are also very transparent, which gives me great peace of mind. Five stars!

Very good pension provider
I requested an increase in my funds available for my pension and everything was completed in less than a fortnight. The process was straightforward but also reminded the user of the importance of making considered judgements. I thought the balance was good.

Helped speed up LISA funds being withdrawn
I wanted to use my LISA funds towards my home purchase. My solicitor left it very late notice to request the funds. AJ Bell were very helpful and expedited the process and my solicitor received the funds within 2 days. The home purchase would have fell through if it wasn’t for AJ Bell!
