Problems solved
Ì had a couple of simple but worrying problems on my AJ Bell account which I could not solve.
I decided to phone them although I thought I might appear pathetic.
Not at all. I was treated in a clear adult way with the problems solved in minutes in a very friendly manner.

AJ Bell - very good customer service
I have held an online stocks & shares ISA with AJ Bell for 13 years and the fact that I have only needed to contact them a couple of times over that period is testament to how the management of the account runs virtually seamlessly in the background and to how they keep me electronically updated on everything linked to the account and the individual holdings. On those very few occasions where I have needed to contact them (including today), I have always received first class customer service and have had any queries dealt with swiftly and expertly.

Positive human interaction with customer services
Called up customer services and was dealt with by very helpful colleague: Tyrone, who was polite, professional and listened well. Positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to call again. Especially great to interact with a human rather than a chatbox which doesn't deliver first time or second time or third.

I wasn’t able to execute online, I had to call to trade gilts. HL works online with realtime pricing. This was not the case for AJ Bell.
