The telephone conversation went well. I thought that back in March I had set up an ISA but learned on the call that the money was just sitting there in cash. I was disappointed that I had not successfully set up the ISA back in March because I thought I had selected the plan I wanted. But no. So the call sorted that out. My correspondent was very helpful.

Some customer service personnel were really helpful, explained how the sipp works and what the costs were. The system is pretty easy to use and the more it’s used the easier it gets.
