Regular investment problems with AJ Bell's lack of customer support
I set up a regular investment into F&C Investment Trust. After the first payment, on 11th May, the app and website both list the regular investment as F&C Investment Trust Ord0.25 but it cannot be deleted or changed, either on the app or the desktop. AJ Bell replied firstly saying no regular investment was set up. I asked for a way to share a screen shot. Then they wrote again saying the regular investment was set up, and I could change it myself. I have been trying ever since Tuesday to do this. Really disappointing customer support from AJ Bell again.

ISA transfer
Great communication from AJ Bell, made it very easy to transfer an existing ISA (held by a UK bank) to a Stocks and Shares ISA. Highly recommend and will definitely use AJ Bell again.

Easy Crystalisation
I was familiar with the AJBell ISA platform and moved my pension to AJBell for lower fees, and to manage my SIPP and ISA all in one platform.
I wished to crystallise my pension and start to drawdown. It was an easy, straightforward process and took only 6 working days for the cash to appear in my bank account. There were a few issues that needed clarification, and I was kept informed throughout the process.

Amazing Service.

I have found their website & app invaluable in getting what I needed. Easy navigation & sign up process with little contact required. The speed of processing my fund movements is amazing & looking forwards I can see that I will be staying with them for the long run.
