I add a scoop of the unflavored Ayana collagen to my morning coffee every morning. Easy peasy! I am thrilled it is five collagen types and clean anima sources. I tried the vanilla flavor and did not care for it as it contains Splenda and I am not a fan of artificial sweeteners or the taste of them at all. Just my personal preference.

Best multi collagen powder. There really is no taste, unlike some other brands I've tried. Fast shipping.
