Poor customer service
The warehouse sent me the incorrect size and now they are sold out…after purchasing 7 pair thus far I’m not going to be able to get the blue pair I was so looking forward too…they said pick out another pair well they are sold out of my size!!!!…plus no RTV (return) issued yet!!!!

Quality shoes
Quality shoes, beautifully made, unique. Customer service is top-notch. I receive many compliments on these shoes, and I have purchased at least 5 pairs. My husband and son-in-law like theirs too. A Christmas gift from me! I’m a huge fan!

Nice selection, dodgy website
The selection of merchandise is fabulous. The items are very unique and look amazing. The website however lacks considerably. The company is UK based and they have made an attempt to Americanize the site when it detects a US user. Unfortunately, several time while shopping, the site would revert to UK sizing and currency in £. Really distracting and actually had me placing an order for the wrong size shoe.

I just love the shoes
I just love the shoes. I've bought 3 pairs last 2 years. I refused my friends and they bought 6 pairs all together. The company was always on time with shipment. The customer service was very helpful, too.

Love these golf shoes
I love these golf shoes. They are great quality, comfortable, and very cute with two lace options. I usually wear my Royal Albatros shoes as street shoes first as they are so attractive and then I start wearing them as golf shoes.
