Excellent experience from start to finish

Karl has been excellent in the whole process of getting and fitting a stair lift for us. Right from the start we said we wanted a reconditioned one and he didn't try to sell us a new one. He literally quoted for exactly what we asked for and explained the warranty details clearly. On fitting the lift, he was early, efficient, clean and tidy. When he left you wouldn't have known any work had been done if there hadn't been a stair lift in place :-). He was so patient in making sure my mum could use the lift. I would highly recommend him if you ever find yourself in need of a stair lift. Thanks for all your help in getting us the right option and getting it fitted so quickly.
