I really wanted to give 0 stars

I really wanted to give 0 stars. I received my systems in July never got it to work, was told I needed a new transformer and would receive one in 7 days. I called Alder for 8 weeks and never received the transformer. I finally sent system back. I would call and got the worst customer service ever. I would ask for a manager and would be put on hold for 15 minutes or longer and then hung up on. I sent an email and never got a response. I was billed 39.99 twice for a system that never worked.

Bad Bad Bad Customer Service

Feeling the need to update the rating again. After such a wonderful experience with my I initial encounter with Alder, it’s all gone to hell in a hand basket. They are brushing me off and won’t return my calls and discuss the issues with me. Shame on them!

Davis - Excellent Customer Service

Davis provided excellent customer service!!! He was extremely patient, professional, and guided me through everything I asked about!
Davis uses an iphone which was very helpful to go through setting up the app and changing my password.

Awesome Customer Service

Steven answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently. He helped us change out the 4 extra sensors by sending us the return receipts and once Alder received them he will be exchanging them for a glass break and a motion sensor since we didn’t realize 4 of our windows do not open. He was awesome with great Customer Service!!!
