usually great but on this occasion my parcel has never showed up. It has been marked as out for delivery the last 6 days with no sign of it anywhere and cannot be located
*edit* After speaking with An Post it was misplaced by one of their drivers and was found a few days later in their depot so recieved it eventually. Alensa were great in helping me with this offering a refund or replacement but thankfully it arrived anyway. Products great as always!
