It’s 2026, my Grandmother knows how to use email.
Now, you watch this “Emily” tell me to contact them by email.
It’s no wonder they’re all on minimum wage.

…& there you go. I said nothing about a phone number - yet they felt it appropriate to tell me that their phone number is for claims - and they advised me to email them when none of their employees know how to use email.
