I was very worried getting the car into the truck, having an automatic Jaguar f type with a suspected timing issue I didn’t want to start the car and drive it but Ali was very patient, took his time and went out his way to ensure the car was up on the ramps safely and without the engine running. Very professional, knows what he’s doing and took intrinsic measures throughout. I’d highly recommend Ali to any friend and family whom needs a recover service going forward!

Appaling service - booked a recovery in for 31st Jan, I called 9.30 to ask rough pick up time - told 11, 2 pm no one arrived, I called again, told someone will call me back, no one did, 3pm I called again a few times but went straight to voicemail but it was full so couldn’t leave a message - 4pm spoke to someone to and told he’d be there at 5.30pm, no one turned up still - 8pm I called back, and got abuse from the driver and he hung up!! I was at a funeral which I did explain to them during that I had to re arrange with the garage and I had to have someone wait in all day for them not even to bother turning up!! Disgusting behaviour, Would not recommend
