Super easy to organize, efficient, friendly

I called them, gave my card details as they need a £50 deposit and booked a recovery vehicle. I was told by Joe that the recovery driver would be with me in 30mins. After 25minutes I was called by the recovery driver to tell me he was in Swanley and he'd be 30mins. Swanley is 1hour away from where I was.
I then called up to say I would like to cancel and that I will call the RAC instead. I was told they'd keep my £50 deposit and charge me the full call out fee. When I said this wasn't fair, the telephone operator, Joe, called me a c***! He then texted me to say he will charge me £195. I then cancelled my bank card and called the RAC.

Called this morning and had the car towed within just over an hour. Professional, friendly service would highly recommend 😊. Thanks

These guys are real life hero’s. After our car came off the road and got stuck in a ditch maybe 10m-15m deep with trees all around, they came despite it being valentines evening and being in the pitch black all without hesitation and managed to get the car back onto the road and on the back of their truck.

I would highly recommend them for anyone in a worse or better situation than us!

Amazing service I wasn't every helpful with directions but he found my car and house and in very heavy traffic and bad weather still managed to communicate and drop off car.. LEGEND

Asllan was very helpful. He kept in contact and let me know what was going on when he was delayed. He took it to one garage and when they was shut, he took me to another. He also had a look at the car before towing it and worked out what the issue was, which he told the garage.

Best recovery you could hope for. Asllan Is a legend and will do everything he can to help you out. Without a doubt if you need recovery Asllan is your lad. Gentleman. Thanks very much.

The best recovery service period! Aslan is the man. Very professional and very polite.He got the car on the recovery lorry in no time. On the way to the drop he even offered me breakfast. A real gentleman, we had very interesting conversations on our 2 hour drive. He even offered me breakfast! A real gentleman. Am so happy to have met somebody like him. Hoping to do business again. I highly recommend his services for anyone looking for recovery!
