Order Still not delivered!!??
IS THIS WHY THEY CALL THEMSELVES ALL TRICKS ???
Alltricks sent the items fair enough the order process was smooth, however regarding a return they fair enough sent a return label for me to use and for my full refund... However I'm now not receiving any response from them, they don't acknowledge my emails and I've not received a refund and the package using their label has stayed upon the same status with the courier for over one month!!!!! Is this why they are called ALLTRICKS?????
my parcel was delivered to ALLTRICKS UPON 28/3/24 AND THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME NOR ACKNOWLEDGED EMAILS
They recently acknowledged complaint on Instagram saying it's been sent to after sales team who said they are now processing refund 🤔 that was seven days ago still nothing!

Great price's, top quality products
Great high quality product's, lowest price's compared to all the usual online shops. Much faster delivery than the other's also. Haven't needed customer services as what I ordered was exactly as advertised and expected

I still didn't receive the delivery, mondual relay changed destination point... to a point that requires me at least 30 minutes driving time, not sure any more why it is called a delivery service (not fast and not close to home)

Good response to a customer problem…
I had a bit of a problem with my order from Alltricks. But it is the test of a good retailer in how they respond. In this case they really went out of their way to rectify the issue, and I am a happy customer once again. I will definitely use Alltricks again.

My son received a bike for his birthday but the derailleur was bent during transport. Despite repeatedly emailing the company for over a month and requesting a new part (not a new bike!!) they don't even respond, nothing, nada, zilch.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.
No after-sales...
I purchased 2 new high end Cannondale mountain bikes over the course of a month. The first one...everything went as expected, the second one has more problems...the suspension lock doesn't work because it was installed incorrectly...I've read other comments on poorly assembled bikes... (Orbea Oiz M30)
Another, more serious problem is the cracked carbon seat post... I have been trying to resolve this problem for over 5 months but despite over a dozen emails and several phone calls still no concrete solution. I'm giving up...
I will perhaps buy a few more small accessories but no more bikes, because the after-sales service is non-existent...
Refurbished Cannondale Bicycle
Purchase a Cannondale bicycle over a week ago and still no answer on delivery. Alltricks dont even call to inform me what's going on with order. No response on client area. I have called twice already and still no answer!
Finally got my bike 2 weeks after purchase.

I am very disappointed as my order hasn’t been delivered yet, and supposed to be delivered by 29th March.
I ordered for a birthday present and I am travelling to another country on Wednesday 3nd April to give this present and it hasn’t been delivered yet.
Please a I need this to be delivered by next Tuesday 2nd otherwise will have to cancel. The only reason i bought it was for delivery date information that it would be delivered by 29th.
Please contact me back as soon as possible to update me on delivery date.

Poor customer service in problem situations
The ordering process was easy and the delivery reasonably fast.
But due to the poorly executed packaging of the bike, there have been a few transport damages (the rear derailleur does not work properly and a few cosmetic defects). Despite several contacts, there is no comment or suggestion from the seller as to how the matter can be resolved. I would assume that it is in everyone's interest that possible complaints are reacted to, and that such fairly obvious errors are dealt with very quickly.

I really like how Alltricks offer special prices on a lot of parts. I've been building some bikes lately and found some real bargains. And which ever partner Alltricks use for shipping they provide a solid tracking that works great.

I recently ordered a pair of shoes in size 10/44.
The pair was supposed to be picked from the Alltricks store next to my house as they have it in stock.
Unfortunately I made a mistake and ordered the female version rather than the man version. This is obviously my fault.
Immediately after the order I noticed and emailed Alltricks and asked if it was possible to amend the order.
I was told that I could not cancel or modify the order until I had received it.
Alltricks does not stock a lot of shoes in a 44 woman size so the delivery keeps on being postponed while the man version of the pair of shoes that I want is in stock (at my local Alltricks shop).
So basically I am going to have to wait for weeks for a product that I will immediately return and then If i am lucky that same pair might still be available in my local stor.
Alltricks is going to source the shoe, ship it and pay for the return shipping and most probably end up selling the pair at a discount because the woman size 44 is not likely to fly off the shelf.
What about the carbon footprint ? In 2024 where companies invest in Corporate Social Responsibilities seeing this kind of behavior just does not make sense.
This was my last order on Alltricks! There is plenty of competitors out there!
