Disappointed overall

Disappointed overall:

Positives:
- ordering process
- competitive pricing

Negatives:
- lead time totally out of control (2 weeks late)
- had to pay additional fees (200 euros) with carrier since was not included in the price
- communication with customer service lacking (they responded 7-8 days after my 2 emails)

The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a bike which was not delivered, no follow up from Any or ALL of my email requests for further information. Another week passed and a promise that a refund will appear in my account in 5 working days…. Meanwhile child’s birthday gift ruined. Be careful buying from this site.

I was sent the incorrect size part that I ordered and am still waiting on a reply to a solution like a replacement or a return and refund of the incorrect item received this isn’t acceptable to be left waiting so long after All tricks mistake

My new bike arrived but was very badly…

My new bike arrived but was very badly packed and has been damaged in transit. I am attempting to get a resolution so it will be very telling of how committed Alltricks is to customer care.
UPDATE 18/7/24 - It turns out they are not committed to customer care at all!! Issue is still unresolved. What a shame.

They sold me a fake shoes.The cost of…

They sold me a fake shoes.The cost of them was 310€ !!! After when I send it back they didn't said nothing-no explain,no Apologies,few Times i asked ,,how is possible you sold me a fake shoes ??? ,, NO ANSWER.
It's a pity I can't share photos here.

This was my last purchase in this store.
