The harness, leash and collar I ordered were beautiful and well-made, but the custom collar (with my dog's name) was misspelled. This is unfortunate, as the purchase policy clearly stated no refunds for custom embroidery. I hate waste, but I can't see myself using a collar with the wrong name.

I have 3 of their 1.5 inch lux collars and one of their 2inch for my 3 dogs & it absolutely love them! They are durable, wash easily, look great and keep my dogs safe if they ever went missing! Plus we avoid the annoyingly loud dangling tags because my numbers in bold letters on their collar as well as their name. I have a malinois that uses his 2" collar for dog sports, it looks amazing while he's doing his searches and the large handle makes it hard to miss if I ever had to grab it! 10/10 recommend. Services is usually less then a week to get them and theyre mega adorable! I think ill probably end up with at least 1 more & probably won't buy another brand moving forward! Absolutely love them!

I’m missing one of the Harnesses I ordered other than that everything is nice and good quality. Just missing 1of the harnesses

I bought two black rope leashes last year, they were thicker and looked better quality than these ones.. Maybe because I ordered different colored leashes.
I wish that the leashes were thicker didn't feel the same..
Still enjoy using them though👍

Great product and shipped fast.

I Received my custom embroidered collar, and the embroidery was not positioned correctly on the collar, I waited several weeks for this specific color, paid extra for the embroidery, I even purchased a machining leash, I was prepared to purchase numerous combinations of these collars and leashes for my dogs, HOWEVER, after bringing this discrepancy in detail to they’re attention, they were nothing but combative and accused me of trying to rip them off for a reimbursement…probably the most low class customer service experience I could have asked for, simply saying “we’re sorry your unhappy, but we don’t see a problem” it also seems I am not the only one to make this complaint and likely receive zero restitution or resolution to this obvious repetitious problem they have with they’re “Custom embroidery”

The fact they are not willing to even discount a new collar in replacement lets you know they’re low standard customer service expectations, and likely indicates that these products are all made in china and they have no quality Assurance oversight within the company.

Unfortunately it was over all a disappointing experience after patiently waiting for so long, adamant on supporting a Canadian brand.

I recently ordered Tarot a custom collar from Alpine Dog Co. I ordered a custom embroidered collar with his name in all upper case and the font on their website showed the option for both cases. When I received the collar it was embroidered as “Tarot”. I’m very particular on my dog collars and only order their names in upper case because I like it to look uniform in size.

I reached out to see what could be done and their only offer was to refund the $15 embroidery. No option to send it back, no offer to redo it to what I actually ordered or something I actually want. They admitted they missed how I typed it and embroidered it this way because they generally only use all upper case in this font for initials. They also mentioned they are looking to remove the option for this font in all upper case because it can look wonky.

I am totally understanding of a mistake like missing the note or not removing it from the website in time. If the note was seen I would have appreciated a message to confirm if I was ok with the change. Since the note wasn’t seen I would expect an offer to make it right since it is not what I ordered even if it seems like a small issue. I am super disappointed they won’t make this right for me. I would happily choose another font and style to go with that I actually want!

We absolutely love these collars! They are durable and added name on them make them cool 😎. Our last dog had 4 of them and our new dog just got her first one. I’m sure it won’t be her last.

Great quality of product , fast delivery, solid collar. Heavy and thick. Great stitching and graphics are of great quality. I’m very pleased on my purchase. Hope they come out with nice graphic collars.

Love these harnesses!! Very well made and durable. The medium fits my 62 pound standard poodle (29 inch girth) perfectly.
I would love to see extra small harnesses in the future.

2nd purchase of the TRUEGRIP dog leash as an extra/backup lead. It is the best I’ve ever purchased and will only use this moving forward with my 125 lb. Rottweiler. You will not ever have to worry about about clasps breaking or your dog shaking it off accidentally, which my guy has done in the past. The grip is great and comfortable in the hands. Buy it, you’ll never look back!

The custom collar is beautiful! It is very nicely done and I love it! It's the first collar my puppy doesn't mind having on which must mean it's quite comfortable, he'll even sleep with it on!

I also love the leash clasp and I find it much better for handling larger dogs in particular.

Shipping was very quick given the custom embroidery requests and we couldn't be happier!

Easy to use the site to find and customize my dog’s collar

On one of the collars the embroidery isn't centered at all and the rose gold thread is more brown than anything.
